- 2 Bands starting with the letter I, my choices are:

# 1) In Evil Hour

Style: **Punk / Rock / Hardcore**
Country: **UK**

This is a band I've discovered recently, so I don't know much about them... yet.

Their **style is rebellious** and their **lyrics are very critical of today's world**, specially about **topics such as the destruction of our planet, capitalism and its foolish wars**, as you can see by this small excerpt of the song **[Paveway IV](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VvYRYCIAKZo)**: 

>We built the bombs, we sold the bombs
Now drop the bombs on those ones 
Who turned against us
>
>Then make it television
In selling on we take up arms
We share the blood
With those ones who oppress and murder
Paveway IV nation building

This is **definitely an Anti-Establishment group**... and that probably mean they won't ever know what mainstream success is. 🙄

**Alice on the vocals** proves that she can do a bit more than most Punk singers, by **singing, screaming and even growling...** She has quite some vocal range, specially for a Punk rocker.

# 2) Infected Rain

Style: **Metal / Metalcore**
Country: **Republica Moldova**

This is **one of my favourite bands**. So much that I already seen them live in **Moldova, Austria and Switzerland**! 😁

**I got addicted to their sound and to Elena Cataraga's vocals** from the first time I listened to them. They have been evolving so well that they were able to recently sign **a contract with Napalm Records**! 😊

I find it very interesting the way **they incorporate a scratching sound**, usually associated to Electronic Music, in their Metal songs. And **miss Cataraga, wow, she can do clean vocals as perfectly as she can scream... and she doesn't stop there. She can even growl like a demon**, when needed! 😈

This song is called **[Mold](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0qF4DFiy_Jw)** and it's an excellent example of what these guys can do:
