Onboarding and getting people comfortable with crypto wallets and private keys, etc. is the biggest obstacle right now. CBDCs will force people to get comfortable with those aspects of the technology. Once they’re comfortable with it, they’ll realize they no longer need fiat — because far better options are out there.
