This is exactly how my days have been spent at home for a while! I mentioned earlier that I had a mild seasonal flu infection, so I've been spending time at home for a while, actually I can say that I've already recovered physically, but I can't say the same for my mental health. I used to think that the weakness and fragility on me were caused by a flu infection, but I guess it wasn't like that at all! Even though I'm physically well, I can't find the energy to socialize or do anything myself. Actually, I haven't experienced a spiritual sadness that will cause this lately, but I don't know why I feel this way. I think there may be many reasons for this, maybe it's simply a lack of vitamins, who knows? Or I may have expressed the past and future anxieties accumulated in the subconscious. I've been thinking a lot about the past and the future lately and unintentionally stressing myself out. At such times, instead of going out, staying at home doing nothing is the most useful way of coming to my senses!   I'm going to calm my mind and relax for a while without doing anything at home. The spiritual responsibilities that I have assumed too much lately have been heavy on my body and I realized that I cannot fulfill my responsibility to myself from taking the responsibility of everyone. You don't even have time to stop and think about yourself! People with high emotional and spirituality know that we, as empaths, feel extra responsibility for everything that happens around us, and we feel everything most deeply and intensely, and we need to take responsibility. This may be a virtuous act as a human being, but if it is not controlled, it is a situation that really wears out the person. Writing here, even expressing myself, makes me feel relieved. I think it's time to write a diary again. I'm in seclusion at home for now! With love...   TR 🇹🇷 --- --- Bir süredir evde günlerim tam olarak böyle geçiyor! Daha önce mevsimsel hafif bir gribal enfeksiyon geçirdiğimden bahsetmiştim, bu yüzden bir süredir evde zaman geçiriyorum aslında fiziken çoktan iyileştiğimi söyleyebilirim ama aynı şeyi mental sağlığım için söyleyemiyorum. Ben üzerim de bulunan halsizlik ve kırılganlığın gribal enfeksiyondan kaynaklandığını düşünüyordum aslında ama sanırım hiçte öyle değilmiş! Bedenen iyi olsam da sosyalleşmek yada herhangi birşeyi yapacak enerjiyi kendim de bulamıyorum. Aslında buna sebep olacak manevi bir üzüntü yaşamadım son zamanlarda ama neden böyle hissediyorum bilemiyorum. Sanırım bunun birçok sebebi olabilir belki de en basitinden vitamin eksikliğidir kim bilir? Yada bilinç altında biriken geçmiş ve gelecek kaygılarının dışa vurmuş da olabilirim. Son zamanlarda geçmiş ve gelecekle ilgili çok fazla düşündüm ve istemeden kendimi strese soktum. Böyle zamanlarda dışarı çıkmak yerine evde hiçbirşey yapmadan durmak benim kendime gelme yöntemleirmden en işe yarayanı!   Zihnimi sakinleştirip evde hiçbirşey yapmadan bir süre kendimi rahatlatacağım. Son zamanlarda haddinden fazla üstlendiğim maneviyatı sorumluluklar bünyeme ağır geldi ve herkesin sorumluluğunu almaktan kendime olan sorumluluğumu yerine getiremez olduğumu fark ettim. İnsanın durup kendini düşünmeye vakti bile olmuyor! Duygusal ve maneviyatı yüksek insanlar bilirler bizler empatlar olarak etrafımız da olan biten herşeye ekstra sorumluluk hisseder ve herşeyi en derinden yoğun bir şekilde hissederiz ve sorumluluk alma gereği duyarız. Bu belki insani olarak erdemli bir hareket olabilir ama kontrollü olmadığı taktirde kişiyi gerçekten yıpratan bir durum. Buraya yazmak, kendimi ifade ediyor olmak bile bana rahatlamış hissettiriyor.
