Got To Keep On Moving

Yeah that's me on the photo up above, moving, moving, moving.

It's no secret, that I had been feeling a little stuck lately. Like I had just stalled. I hadn't, been feeling particularly motivated to start any of the projects, that I really want to get off the ground.

You know that feeling you get, when something is holding you back? Well ultimately we hold ourselves back, because we don't take the necessary action, to change our situation. Well I have been feeling that a lot of late.

But then other things happened and I got distracted and those feelings got buried.

I need to stay active, I really love to be doing things with my hands. It really helps me, to feel fulfilled in life. Movement, is really important for our over all well being.

Feeling stuck within your head, that go outside and take a walk. Just focus on the route ahead of you and as you put one step in front of another, your mind will follow suit.

Then observe your surroundings. Take in the views around you.

I'm lucky, to have such wonderful views around me. Like this one Thousand year old Olive tree, which it close to where I am moving to. Yes you read that right, I am moving.

I'm staying in the same area, just moving to another part of the valley, where I will be closer to the river. Something I am very excited about.

A new place, with new energy.
With New flow.

Since I returned from Ireland, my life has been super busy, as I organise to move on Wednesday. To pick up me and my girls lives and move to another site. But it has been a good opportunity to look through our things and get rid of what we no longer need.

Which always feels good. Letting things go, always feels good. More movement happening in my life.

On top of that, I stayed a new little side job, as a carer. I have just had a few hours so far, but it has felt real good to be working in something that I enjoy.

I am visiting someone in their home, making sure they have what they need and that the house is all good. Whilst also getting to know them and sharing stories.

So I have gone from feeling stagnant, to now moving forward at full speed.

That, is just how life rolls sometimes. You got to be careful what you wish for. What intention you put out into the universe, cos it can come back to you, full force.

So lots of changes and all in the right direction too.

Tomorrow, I will be celebrating my 45th year on this glorious earth and I have made space for a small celebration, in between more packing and organising. I just going to keep on moving.
