My health and taking some away time from everything for a bit

Today I went to the ER and did not know what was going on with me. I was working and suddenly couldn't breathe and had a hard time standing.

I went through what they are telling me is a text book anxiety attack brought on due to stress.

I NEVER FEEL stressed out at all in my normal life. I am almost always happy and calm, and a bit trollful.

Will be taking some downtime away from everything while I focus on exercising and dealing with stress that I have not been properly dealing with.

As I type this right now I am ok. No heart attack or sickness or pneumonia or anything like that. Many factors combined over the last few weeks.

I flew from coast to coast, then North to South of USA, then coast to coast again. During this time I was also working, sick, doing taxes, and generally miserable. They think that all of that combined put me over the edge. I recently just got back to good health from being sick(had a extremely sore throat and mild fever for 4 or 5 days).

Blood pressure is normal. I don't eat almost any sugar anymore. Working on getting sodium levels down as that has been my main issue for awhile(after I noticed just how much salt I was consuming).

Exercise is what I need to do and focus on sleeping normal amounts(currently I do 4 to 6 hours a night).

Something is starting to change in your body. Start listening very closely. Pay attention to body habits you may form. For instance.  Prior to all of my abdominal hernia issue, I started sitting with my right knee up close to my chest not realizing that my body was trying to support its own self on the right side.  My life has been like a final destination movie OK so every time I've ever have been starting to go through a medical problem it has always started with odd manifestations of this anxiety. You know there was an old gypsy woman that came into my job one day and you know what she told me, she said,"  You know what your problem is you need to stop moving".... I'll never forget I was getting a take out order ready, we were in between 2 and 4:00 p.m. I was trying to get the bar ready for the for clock bar tender… and I remember looking at her and saying "lady if you stop moving you die"...  I always think back to that moment. So listen to yourself and remember that you and your health are a priority.  My point is I didn't listen… my body was telling me the universe was telling me.. Take your time, rest.
