Facil y Deliciosa receta de Quesadillas Venezolanas {ESP/ENG}
<div class="text-justify">Les traigo una receta con todo lo que nos gusta a todos, fácil, rápida y deliciosa, esta receta de quesadillas venezolanas te va a encantar sobre todo porque se necesita poco para hacerlas.</div>

<div class="text-justify">Esta tarde quise comer algo diferente y recordé las quesadillas que son de mis postres favoritos así que muy rápido me puse manos a la obra con lo que tenía en la despensa.</div> 
<br>

| 450 gr de harina de trigo                              |      450 gr of wheat flour                                                                                                                                                           
|   1 huevo                                               |1 egg
| 140 gramos de azúcar                                 | 140 grams of sugar
| 50 gr de mantequilla                                    | 50 grams of butter
| 7 gr de levadura en polvo                            | 7 g of baking powder
| Media cucharadita de sal                            | half a teaspoon of salt

Preparación de la masa / Preparation of the dough

<div class="text-justify">En un bol vamos a colocar todo de una vez (en mi caso yo lo hice así) colocamos la harina, la levadura, el azúcar, la mantequilla y la cucharadita de sal. Procedemos a amasar todo con la mano hasta que se junten los ingredientes, una vez ya todo junto lo pasamos a un mesón para amasar de forma mas cómoda, recuerden colocar un poco de harina donde vamos a amasar.</div>

<div class="text-justify">Una vez nuestra masa este lista la vamos a colocar en un bol con un poco de harina para que la masa no se pegue, vamos a tapar este bol y vamos a colocarlo en un lugar donde no pasen corrientes de aire, si es un lugar donde no pegue mucho frio mejor para que la levadura haga su trabajo. Puedes dejar reposar la masa por 40 minutos o por 1 hora. </div>

<div class="text-justify">Luego que haya transcurrido 1 hora vamos por nuestra masa para hacer nuestras quesadillas. Creo que con esta masa pueden salir 10 mini quesadillas de buen tamaño, sin embargo, como en mi casa somos 5 personas con toda la masa hice 5 quesadillas, extendemos la masa en forma de rollo y cortamos 5 masas del mismo tamaño.</div>

<div class="text-justify">Lo siguiente es extender la masa, puede ser con un rodillo o con las manos, que queden planas ya que estas crecerán, luego damos pellizcos alrededor de nuestro circulo de masa y veras que ira quedando como una cesta, allí vamos a poner el relleno que ya preparamos.</div>

<div class="text-justify">Como ultimo se ponen en una bandeja preparada con mantequilla y harina y van al horno, se pueden dejar a 150 grados por 25 minutos, pero cada horno suele ser diferente así que puedes revisar si están doradas luego de 20 minutos.</div>

Hola, @tsukichan. Me encantó tu receta. De hecho, recuerdo que en Cumaná había una panadería que hacía una quesadillas que eran divinas. Yo las amaba. Trataré de hacer tu receta porque se ve fácil.
