This might be different for everyone, therefore, the perfect world is impossible, but there are certain things that, I think, can make a better world for everyone. I'll talk about 3 topics: Education, healthcare and food.

Education:
This is the most important point when it comes to guaranty the future of the society, what you do with kids today will they do with the world tomorrow, so lets not destroy their dreams-

At a young age, kids don't need to compare their habilites to others. Sure with need standards, so we can detect problems with development, but every kid is different so that information is for the adults around do what they need to reinforce the kid's education, not to tell'em they are slow. because they may be great in something you haven't try yet.
In a perfect world, school will not have grades, it will be aimed to find the capacities of the children and turn them into abilities, while teaching them important skills for life, such as finances, starting with save money to buy something you want at the end of the month, then teaching them how to multiply their savings with small investment on buy and sell, and finishing with a project to invest the money they have been saving trough their school days.

This is why I think the personalización of education is important:
If you find a kid who develop fast, help, I was there and people act like is something you "are" you are smart so you are going to be good in everything and you will have lots of opportunities and money. That may be true but it's not always the case. What happened to me was: School was too easy and boring, I had problems making friends because our scholar interest were always different and teachers used me to punish other student laziness, I was Jack of all trades, master of none, I still am, and, since I was good in everything, I never develop a particular interest, so now here I am, a very smart kid turned into a 25 years old woman with good grades and no goals.

Educación:
Esta es la parte más importante cuando se trata de garantizar el futuro de la sociedad, lo que hagas con los niños ahora será lo que ellos hagan con el mundo mañana, así que no destruyamos sus sueños.

En una edad temprana, los niños no necesitan comparar sus habilidades con otros. Sí que necesitamos estándares, para poder detectar problemas de desarrollo, pero cada niño es diferente así que esa información es para los adultos, así puedan reforzar la educación del niño, no decirles que son lentos, porque pueden ser geniales en cosas que no has probado aún.
En un mundo perfecto, la escuela no tendría notas, estaría dirigida a encontrar las capacidades de los niños y convertirlas en habilidades, mientras se le enseñan otras necesarias para la vida, como finanzas, empezando con ahorrar dinero para comprar algo que quieran a fin de mes, enseñarles como multiplicar sus ahorros con pequeñas inversiones de compra-venta y terminando con un proyectoo para invertir el dinero que han reunido durante su tiempo de escuela.

Esto es por lo que pienso la personalización de la educación es importante:
Si te topas con un niño que se desarrolla rápido, ayuda, yo estive allí y las personas actúan como si eso es alto que tú "eres" tú eres inteligente así que serás bueno en todo y tendrás muchas oportunidades y dinero. Eso puede ser cierto pero no siempre. Lo que pasó conmigo fue: La escuela fue muy fácil y aburrida, tuve problemas haciendo amigos porque nuestros intereses escolares eran muy diferentes y los profesores solían utilizarme para castigar la pereza de los demás, fui una aprendiz de todo maestra de nada y sigo siéndolo, y por ser buena en todo, nunca desarrollé un interés particular, ahora soy una niña muy inteligente que se convirtió en una mujer de 25 con buenas notas y ninguna meta.

Health care:
This is a problematic topic, because the variety of situations makes it hard to set an unique protocole. I don´t think health care should be all free, taxes will not be enough to cover each person necessities and there are some bigger than others, some are just one payment and others are for life. What I do think, is that healthcare has to be provided with money or not, after that, the payment system will be choose based on your economic situation, and government will pay to the hospital at the moment for those who actually can't pay and for those who can´t pay all in once.

But it can´t finish there: Why can´t they pay? Let's fix it, so they will be able to pay. The money of the state should go to giant projects that private Enterprises has nothing to do with such as roads, police, creating healthcare centers in places far away, not to cover the small bills, that's how the money just go and never returns.

Salud:
Este es un tema problemático, porque la variedad de situaciones hacen difícil establecer solo un protocolo. No creo que la salud deba ser toda gratis, los impuestos no serían suficientes para cubrir todo, además algunas personas tienen necesidades más grandes que otras, unas son solo un pago, otras de por vida. Lo que creo es que se debe atender a los pacientes tengan dinero o no, luego de eso, el sistema de pago se elegiría según su situación económica, el gobierno pagaría al hospital por aquellos que realmente no pueden pagar o no de inmediato.

Pero eso no puede terminar allí ¿Por qué no puede pagar? Hay que arreglarlo, así podrán ser capaces de pagar. El dinero del estado debe ir a proyectos gigantes con los que las empresas no tienen nada que ver, como las calles, policía o crear centros de salud en lugares lejanos, no pagar pequeñas facturas, así es como el dinero se va y nunca regresa.

Food:
The people who grow our food aren't less important than a doctor, they are literally the most important of us, because without them will be all starving. So let's provide them with the equipment they need and pay them as much as they should be receiving to have a good life, not to only survive as it use to be. We expect they to be ok just with what they produce like they don't need healthcare or entertainment.
In a perfect world, we will be respectful with those who know how to produce our food, we will not force nature by making plants that give fruits out of season, we will flow with the natural rhythm and that way we will be healthier.

Comida:
Las personas que cultivan nuestros alimentos no son menos importantes que un médico, son literalmente los más importantes de nosotros, porque sin ellos todos moriríamos de hambre. Así que proporcionémosles el equipo que necesitan y paguémosles todo lo que deberían recibir para tener una buena vida, no solo para sobrevivir como suele ser. Esperamos que estén bien con lo que producen como si no necesitaran atención médica o entretenimiento.
En un mundo perfecto, seríamos respetuosos con quienes sepan producir nuestros alimentos, no forzaríamos a la naturaleza haciendo plantas que den frutos fuera de temporada, fluiríamos con el ritmo natural y así estaríamos más saludables.

En un mundo perfecto, todo esto sería basura porque nunca nos enfermaríamos, la comida crecería fácilmente en nuestro patio trasero o incluso aparecería mágicamente en nuestros platos y no existirán personas malas y perezosas, por lo que todos tendrían un trabajo que hacer y lo harían, y todo iría bien sin tener que pensar en ello.
