InLeo es un front-end que está realizando constantes mejoras, está desarrollando su propia tecnología y al ser parte de la segunda capa, son muchos los factores que interfieren para que todas las partes funcionen siempre correctamente. Tiene características espectaculares que trabajan muy bien, y cada día se resuelven más problemas, pero sigue habiendo reportes de usuarios que presentan inconvenientes en algunas áreas. Varios de ellos se pueden resolver realizando ciertas acciones, pero otros no, y son estos los bugs que el equipo necesita sean reportados usando la etiqueta #feedback en [Threads](https://inleo.io/threads) o reportando en el servidor de discord.

## Change the logging method

Esta es una de las acciones que más problemas soluciona. Diferentes combinaciones funcionan para diferentes personas: 

- HiveSigner es actualmente el método de inicio de sesión menos recomendado. La mayoría de reportes tenían como inicio de sesión HiveSigner y al cambiar a Keychain (en PC) el problema se resolvió. 

- Keychain es un buen método de inicio de sesión en la PC con su extensión. En la aplicación para celulares no funciona correctamente con InLeo. 

- LeoAuth es el método más recomendado para celulares, utilizando el  buscador. La combinación del buscador de Chrome con LeoAuth es la que menos reportes ha generado.

Debido a los constantes cambios realizados en el back-end, es necesario actualizar cada cierto tiempo, especialmente cuando el sitio se ha caído por algún tiempo, usualmente esta caída no es un error sino provocada por los desarrolladores al realizar actualizaciones. Para que nuestros equipos las lean correctamente es necesario hacer refrescar (con F5), y en ocasiones limpiar caché, desloguearse, cerrar buscador, volver a entrar. Lo necesario para empezar "de cero".

## Check if you are in the right place
**Revisa que estés en el lugar correcto**

Esto cuando "no se ve el thread". Lo primero a checar será si estás en "for you" o en "latest". 

Si estás en "for you" el thread saldrá, pero no se verá inmediatamente porque ese feed no es cronológico. Para verlo de inmediato en el feed debes estar en "latest" donde sí se muestran los threads de manera cronológica. Esto en el menú principal.

En tu perfil se verán solamente los threads principales de manera predeterminada, para que se vean todos, incluyendo las respuestas, debes hacer click en "parents" 

Cuando el problema sea un post que no se publica, verifica que todos los campos fueron llenados correctamente.

## When to do the troubleshooting?

- Cuando el sitio se mueve muy lento.
- Cuando envías un thread y no aparece en ningún lado.
- Cuando aparece el mensaje del león diciendo Oops en repetidas ocasiones. 
- Cuando no puedes iniciar sesión. (después de iniciar, refresca la página)
- Básicamente, ante cualquier problema, trata todo esto primero.

## When and how to report the bugs

Si después de todo lo anterior, el problema persiste, es un bug problemático que debe ser reportado a los desarrolladores para ser reparado. Muchos de estos problemas no se presentan en todas las cuentas ni en todo momento, yo por ejemplo muy rara vez en presentado un bug de estos, pero he recibido muchos reportes al respecto. Esto significa que son errores que el equipo de desarrolladores puede no haber visto nunca y @khaleelkazi al igual que yo, rara vez los ve en su propia cuenta, entonces es muy necesario que quienes los presentan hagan el reporte para poder resolverlo. 

- Toma capturas de pantalla de todo el proceso, si puedes grabar pantalla mucho mejor.

- Abre "inspeccionar elemento" en tu buscador y toma captura de los mensajes de error que aparecen al realizar la acción. 

- Describe el método de logging que estás usando, el dispositivo (teléfono, pc, capacidad de memoria) y el buscador. (Indica también si ya realizaste todo el proceso de troubleshooting)

- Indica si es un problema recurrente o aparece por momentos

Con esta información detallada, crea un Thread  o una threadstorm utilizando la etiqueta #feedback en el thread principal. 

También puedes abrir un ticket de bug-report en  el [servidor de discord](https://discord.gg/UT2cPkX42f).

Esto es todo por ahora... o una cosa más. Revisa en Keychain que la opción de Nodo RPC esté en cambio automático, para escoger el mejor nodo, o manualmente cambia a otro nodo cuando los problemas se presenten en el logging.
