[SOLVED] Some URL's are Routing to Steem Instead of Outbound Link as Posted

Example : 
[Test](http://www.reuters.com/article/us-global-markets-idUSKCN0Y901P)

This should point to : http://www.reuters.com/article/us-global-markets-idUSKCN0Y901P .. but is instead pointing to   : https://steemit.com/submit

A workaround is to use a link shortener and replace the original link.
