It's another beautiful day to share with you some vital informations regarding keeping broilers bird healthy and I want to know how much you pay much attention to your broilers bird health.

Are your broilers bird healthy? This is one of the question I asked myself often and I believe this what you should always ask yourself as a poultry farmer, though the question may sound obvious but it is very important to pay much attention to their health if one want to have a good production and earn great profit. Sometimes your birds may look healthy and still sick because I have witnessed this kind of scenario before. There was one evening like that, I checked my birds before going to sleep and they all did look good, but the next day I found two of the biggest birds dead already which is very surprising.


Your birds may look healthy and still sick because they can not talk so it is very important you play much attention to this and you can check the health of your birds through looking their feces for diarrhea symptoms like bloody, greenish or brownish poop, their activeness ( what their feeding and drinking rate look likes). Sick birds can not eat very well and it is something we must pay closed attention to.

And moreover, there are some diseases like coccidiosis, respiratory infection which doesn't show any physical signs in poultry birds but irrespective of these, your main Objectives is to focus on how your birds will be healthier and you can do so by following the right precautions such as..
- providing them with clean environment
- choosing the right breeds
- Filled their drinkers regularly with clean water
- Choose quality feeds and feed them properly
- And make sure you follow their vaccination schedule properly to prevent diseases.


Apart from all those mentioned above, strictly observing your birds regularly is very important as it will let you know if anything is going wrongly with your birds.
