My Project this week; Surreal Pencil Sketches!

I want to get back into personal projects this week, and I also feel like exploring my inner world a bit more; so I guess I will conbine the two concepts and get back into creating my favorite kind of art.

Tuesday through Saturday I will create at least one colored pencil sketch a day on black 9x9 paper.  I may also use oil pastel or water soluble crayon to make my images pop. I might share my process a bit, but my focus will really be on breaking down all the rules and barriers between myself and my personal vision, so much of my sharing may be in exposition.

This particular piece was created the best way I know; I literally dug it out of my mind and the paper with little rhyme or reason.  It is not yet finished for show, but I am ready to begin the next piece.  I am excited for this weeks projects and look forward to sharing more with you.
