You will say that this is not a building, but I do consider it a building.

You will say that it is a sculpture, but the Puppy is much more than that.
Apart from being a replica of a real dog of the West Highland white terrier breed, it is a living building, in which people do not live but flowers, it has no visible columns or balconies, nor entrance doors, all its engineering is found inside, hidden from everyone's view, he only reveals his flowers as a building reveals its masonry.

Diréis  que esto no es un edificio, pero sí que lo considero una edificación.

Diréis que es una escultura, pero el Puppy es mucho más que eso.
Aparte de ser una réplica de un perro de verdad de la raza West Highland white terrier, es un edificio viviente, en el no viven personas sino flores, no tiene columnas a la vista ni balcones, tampoco puertas de entrada, toda su ingeniería se encuentra en su interior, oculta a la vista de todos, el solo deja ver sus flores como un edificio deja ver su mampostería.

Jeff Koons has been its architect.

The structure of this work of 12 meters high and 15 tons of weight.
The interior cabin has 5 floors of metal scaffolding all designed to shape the dog.

Le atienden diariamente y cuando cambian las flores trabajan más de 30 jardineros.
El sistema de riego contiene 114 puntos repartidos en cuatro pisos, que se activan todas las noches, a las 22,30 horas, durante hora y media.

Esto lo podíamos comparar con el cuidado de un edificio.
Pero los años pasan para todos y ahora todo el trabajo del interior está en peligro.

But I can admire it and think about all that structure of its interior and its external beauty and compare it with any modern or old building.
