Територію Харківської області “визволителі” мінували вручну і з допомогою дистанційної техніки.
Саме огидне в історії з мінуванням — це встановлення вибухових пристроїв під дитячими ліжками. За словами очільника області, подібні знахідки виявляють після деокупації населених пунктів.
Подібну ситуацію можна спостерігати й в Херсонській області. Боєприпаси різноманітних видів знаходять в різних іграшках. Відповідні фотозвіти сапери відправляють в МВС. Насправді, випадки мінування дитячих іграшок російськими військами були зафіксовані і раніше. Так, тікаючи з Київської області окупанти залишили після себе чимало смертоносних “сюрпризів”, наприклад, вибуховий пристрій під подушкою, вибухівка в плюшевому ведмедику та інші.
