Привіт всім читачам мого блогу. Українські війська поступово відтісняють ворога і рано чи пізно кремлю прийдеться відповідати за <a href="https://hive.blog/hive-165469/@uakulinar/there-is-no-escape-from">воєнні злочини</a> та сплачувати репарації. Ще в липні була опублікована інформація про план відбудови України. І вже тоді сума збитків за попередніними даними складала близько 750 млрд долларів. А крім відновлення інфраструктури, житлового фонду, екології та багато чого іншого, ймовірно, треба приділити увагу ще й будівництву забору на межі з росією.

**Світ відгороджується від росії в прямому сенсі слова: Фінляндія**
Більше 143 млн доларів планує виділити влада Фінляндії на будівництво огорожі на межі з росією, повідомляє <a href="https://www.reuters.com/world/europe/finland-spend-143-million-russia-border-fence-2022-11-17/">Reuters</a>. Ця інформація звучала ще влітку, коли Фінляндія заявила про ймовірність гібридних загроз. Та наразі це питання вже розглядається парламентом і 6 млн євро вже виділені в рамках пробного проєкту.
Загальна протяжність межі росії та Фінляндії складає близько 1300 км. До речі, це майже на 1000 км менше, чим протяжність кордонів між Україною та росією. Ох і не пощастило ж нам! Представники прикордонної служби Фінляндії планують звести огорожу довжиною не більше 20% від загальної протяжності. В першу чергу увага буде зосереджена на ділянках пропуску та прилеглих до них, а також на південному сході.
Кремлівська влада споконвіків не давала спокою ні своїм, ні чужим народам. І фіни цього ніколи не забудуть, адже війна 1939-1940 рр привела до величезних людських втрат і порушення територіальної цілісності Фінляндії. Да даними Вікіпедії кремлем було анексовано 11% території Фінляндії, а близько 430 тисяч жителів були змушені евакуюватися всередину країни. Тоді, так як і зараз, люди не хотіли залишатися під окупацією кремля.
**Поляки відгороджуються від росії парканом**
Ще влітку Польща завершила будівництво огорожі на кордоні з Білоруссю. Тепер же дійшла черга і до польсько-російського кордону, загальна протяжність якого не перевищує 250 км. В цьому плані полякам можна позаздрити, адже протяжність україно-російського кордону майже в 10 разів більше. Взагалі, з росією краще не межувати, а знаходитись від неї за тисячі кілометрів, а в ідеалі — в іншій галактиці.
Хоча б трохи захиститися від неадекватного сусіда поляки хочуть з допомогою колючого дроту заввишки два с половиною метри. Планується зведення декількох рядів огороджень, а також встановлення систем відеоспостереження. До речі, в пропагандистських каналах країни-терориста (росії) пишуть, що це високодохідний бізнес. Тим самим, руські "аналітики" натякають, що таке будівництво проводиться з метою розкрадання коштів. Можна з упевненістю сказати, що саме "на росії" так і є, причому віками.

**Паркан на україно-російському кордоні**
"Стіну" по кордону з росією будувалася і Прибалтикою. А в Україні цей процес розпочався, якщо не помиляюсь, ще в 2015 році. Загальну вартість тоді оцінили десь в 4 млрд гривень. Та щось з нашою "стіною" пішло не так, хоча планувалось закінчити роботу ще в 2020 році. То не вклалися в строки, то не вистачало грошей з бюджету, то їх хтось крав. Хоча спочатку маштаби вражали. Певні роботи були виконані в Харківській області. Наприклад, на окремих ділянках ще в 2017 році були встановлені вишки спостереження, огорожі, тепловізійні камери. Один оператор прикордонної служби міг контролювати кілька кілометрів (можливо навіть десятки) україно-російського кордону.

Війна триває вже майже 9 місяців. На окремих ділянках кордону почали зведення залізобетонної огорожі з колючим дротом. Роботи тривають на Волині, а також в Житомирській та Рівненській областях. Про це <a href="https://web.telegram.org/?legacy=1#/im?p=@tymoshenko_kyrylo">повідомляє</a> Кирило Тимошенко, заступник керівника Офісу Президента України. Очевидно, що поки що "стіна" будується тільки на кордоні з Білоруссю. Збудовано вже кілька кілометрів, а органам влади деякі роботи допомагають виконувати місцеві представники бізнесу.

Хочеться сподіватися, що паркан на кордоні з Білоруссю це буде не така ж “стіна”, яку почали будувати кілька років тому. Хочеться вірити в те, що корупція не зможе перемогти здоровий глузд людей. І хоча ми вісі розуміємо, що паркан на межі держав — це не панацея від військового вторгнення, та все-таки професійно побудована та оснащена сучасною технікою “стіна” може добряче затримати агресивного сусіда. The government of Finland plans to allocate more than 143 million dollars for the construction of a fence on the border with Russia, reports <a href="https://www.reuters.com/world/europe/finland-spend-143-million-russia-border-fence- 2022-11-17/">Reuters</a>. This information sounded back in the summer, when Finland announced the possibility of hybrid threats. However, this issue is currently being considered by the parliament and 6 million euros have already been allocated as part of the pilot project.
The total length of the border between Russia and Finland is about 1,300 km. By the way, this is almost 1000 km less than the length of the borders between Ukraine and Russia. **Poles are fenced off from Russia**
Back in the summer, Poland completed the construction of a fence on the border with Belarus. Now it is the turn of the Polish-Russian border, the total length of which does not exceed 250 km. In this regard, the Poles can be envied, because the length of the Ukrainian-Russian border is almost 10 times longer. In general, it is better not to border Russia, but to be thousands of kilometers away from it, and ideally in another galaxy.
Poles want to protect themselves at least a little from an inadequate neighbor with the help of barbed wire two and a half meters high. It is planned to erect several rows of fences, as well as install video surveillance systems. By the way, in the propaganda channels of the terrorist country (Russia) they write that this is a highly profitable business. Thus, Russian "analysts" hint that such construction is being carried out for the purpose of embezzling funds. It is safe to say that it is precisely "in Russia" that is the case, and for centuries.

**Fence on the Ukrainian-Russian border**
A "wall" along the border with Russia was also built in the Baltic States. And in Ukraine, this process began, if I am not mistaken, back in 2015. The total cost was then estimated at about 4 billion hryvnias. But something went wrong with our "wall", although it was planned to finish the work in 2020. Sometimes they didn't meet the deadlines, sometimes there wasn't enough money from the budget, sometimes someone stole it. Although at first the scale was impressive. Certain works were performed in the Kharkiv region. For example, in 2017, observation towers, fences, and thermal imaging cameras were installed in some areas. One border guard operator could control several kilometers (perhaps even dozens) of the Ukrainian-Russian border.

The war has been going on for almost 9 months. Construction of a reinforced concrete fence with barbed wire has begun on some sections of the border. Work continues in Volyn, as well as in Zhytomyr and Rivne regions. This is <a href="https://web.telegram.org/?legacy=1#/im?p=@tymoshenko_kyrylo">notifies</a> Kyrylo Tymoshenko, deputy head of the Office of the President of Ukraine. It is obvious that so far the "wall" is being built only on the border with Belarus. Several kilometers have already been built, and local business representatives are helping the authorities with some of the work.

We hope that the fence on the border with Belarus will not be the same "wall" that was started to be built a few years ago. We want to believe that corruption will not be able to defeat the common sense of people. And although we all understand that a fence on the border of states is not a panacea against military invasion, a professionally built and equipped with modern technology "wall" can effectively detain an aggressive neighbor.
