The world is humanising at an enormous rate. Some countries might have low population growth, but it is a fact that the overall population of the world is increasing, putting a huge burden on the limited resources. Man will inhabit other planets or not, but man will reduce the living space here on this planet. They were from Adam, and now they are in the billions. Population is a headache for most countries. Although population is one of the national powers but the uncontrolled population is a burden. The youth who contribute to national progress become a burden on national resources. A larger population demands excessive expenditures.

The countries across the world are trying to control their population. China’s one-child policy is before us. From 1979 to 2015, the Chinese were allowed to have only one child. This helped them change rank from the most populated country to the second most populated country. But along with this, a serious issue was created there as well, that was of age gap. The example of India is before us, where the population has exceeded the tolerable limits and there are many deprived and below-average areas. But along with this, the population has made indian an attractive point for the business community.

The population is one of the national powers and it contributes to the nation’s progress.  The country must look at its income and resources and form  long term strategy to maintai  good per capita income along with enough labour force. In my opinion ,population control is need of hour. So inentivising particular numver of children will  promote birth ratio that will be in safe limits and needed for the national interests.

A wholesome strategy is needed that controls the population surge but does not affect the necessary youth bulge. For this, the government should incentivize the education and health of the first two children so that the kids get proper health conditions and an educational environment, but the government must charge those who own more than two children. I have seen families who hardly manage to arrange two meals daily, but their baby count exceeds 10. This senseless reproduction puts in peril the future of the baby, the family , society, and, in the end, of whole country.

The growth of a country depends upon quantity of its  individuals but more than quantity,quality matters. There are plenty of examples where the dense countries are poor and under-developed even after possessing so much workforce while the less dense countries are rich and highly developed. The reason behind this is the suitable upbringing of people. To increase the number of quality people, it is necessary to let a particular number of people into society to better provide them with basic amenities. Thus, incentivising population control can be proved very handy.
