Developing countries are always confronted with serious issues like political instability ,crippling economy,lack of resources ,burdening debts and educational havoc.All these complications may be due to her own steps or it may be fabrica from outside in enmity.
But the figure among ciphers us the one who has “youth power”. Youth is a key factor towards revolution of a nation/country because it is comprised with zealous ideas,passionate commitments and vigorous energy to inscript in reality its ideas .
Youth is a treasure precious than kohinoor even as they can dig out or produce thousands of such diamonds but kohinoor can’t produce youth.
A developed country like china is worried of lacking of her indigenous youth and have to carry out many activities through robots but alas developing countries aren’t awared of this asset even
Sharing with you guys figures of Pakistan,in 2022 765000 people left the country including 92000 highly educated persons (doctors,engineers and teachers) This figure is almost 3x of people leaving the country in 2021 i.e 220000 approximately.
Most of them intended to leak in gulf countries and in Europe noticeably ỉn Romania
What are the factors compelling them out of their homes away from their families????
>First of all the factor that is considered to be a major factor is unemployment. Alone in capital almost 20000 engineeers are unemployed .Some are even working in below the belt wages.This things is discouraging the freshly graduates
>Second factor is sky high inflation that is depriving mass of even basic goods
>Thirdly,political instability has produced economical crisis.Country is lagging behind .Country’s exports have fallen and imports are rocketing high.We are unable to pay even for what we buy and has to take debts
>Fourthly,Due to lack of law and order and rule of kaw ,Feudal vendettas also compell the youth to extricate them out of such scenario
>A defaulting country doesn’t promises a bright and long lasting future .To secure the fundamentals of his family one has to get him and them out of an uncertain condition.
Although overseas nationals provide you with alot of remittances through which foreign excha reserves can be maintained but is it fair to export your brains for dollars when you can earn through them even a multitude of many x of these remittances
If properly utilised through crystallised plans ,this skilled youth can add much to progress of country and pave her to way of prosperity and self sufficiency .
