Today I'm going to be learning how to play Part 2(again) of Jake Shimabukuro's Bohemian Rhapsody - Ukulele Instrumental. On our previous live stream I learned Part 1 and began to learn Part 2. Part 2 has proved to be very challenging thus far and I've spent the majority of my time learning the intro to part to, which is a fingerpicking pattern that comes in after the lyrics "to me..".
Well, I've finally gotten the fingerpicking of Part 2's intro down enough that I think I'm ready to do another stream where, hopefully, I'll be able to finish of the second part of Bohemian Phapsody!

This song is a [suite](https://simple.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suite_(music)), comprised of 5 sections without a chorus: intro(0:00-0:49), ballad (0:49-2:40), guitar solo(2:40-3:05), operatic passage(opera)(3:05-4:07), hard rock(4:07-4:54), coda(4:54-5:55).
I'm currently working my way through tha ballad portion of the song. I feel like I've memorized a good portion of the chords in this section, which hasn't exactly been easy, but the song...the song sounds amaze-balls(imop). I love the way it moves up and down the neck of the uke. It's literally everywhere, and a blast to play!
Once again, I'll be using the video of one of my favorite Ukulele Youtubers [Akirito](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC6SIZaP0E5Cm5LOVF6Tv4RA), who recently put together a tutorial video of [Jake's instrumental](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FBemZJFEst4). Akirito's tutorial is broken down into 4 sections, but after going at this for a few days now, I'm pretty sure it's going to take me at least 6 (maybe 4 more of these live streams) before I'm able to play the song in full. It's already been 6 days of learning this song, let's play!

For the sake of not being too repetitive, I'll save you the lyrics of the song, and the write up about Queen. However, I'm still going to feature the playing of both Jake Shimabukuro and Akirito's rendition of Bohemian Rhapsody, below, for that that want to hear the song in it's entirety and how it should sound. Also, if you'd like to see that Queen write up I just mentioned, [here](https://steemit.com/dlive/@ukuleletutorials/1ecca0aa-5240-11e8-b1e0-0242ac110002) it is.
Last, here is the link to [Akirito's Tutorial Part 2](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fLLoors1iI0&index=2&list=PLI0pbDsbqIGEeR-1_pR_84_poUqCmPagc), for those that would like to give the song a go on the uke.

Today's live stream will be of part 2.5(aka I didn't finish part 2 well enough last stream) of @ukuleletutorials Learning Bohemian Rhapsody on the ukulele(fingerstyle). I imagine this will take 3 or 4 more posts like this until I'm able to play the song through all the way, but once I'm able to, I plan to share my rendition with the likes of @luzcypher , @pfunk and the rest of the Steemit Open Mic Community!
