My Actifit Report Card: September 6 2021
It was mostly a quiet Monday as the Labor Day holiday seemed to be keeping people off of the roads.

It was a great morning for my walk as I felt fairly well rested and my legs felt good as well. Also it is the beginning of the incredible 3100 mile ultra down in New York City put on by the great people of the Sri Chinmoy Marathon Team. It's great to follow these fantastic runners as the circle a 500 meter course for 18 hours each and every day for a minimum of 52 mpd to finish in the allotted time frame.

It will always be in my dreams to run this ultra but right now any running seems remote so I'll just use these runners as my inspiration. 
Overall my pace was good and since just a bit over 2 miles were on the dirt I am satisfied with my efforts. As I said there weren't too many cars on the road or other folks out and about so it was nice and quiet for me.
Tomorrow it's off to Albuquerque for the day and from there we head up towards Montana and a week of exploration.  I'm not sure if I'll be able to exercise that much but I'm looking forward to seeing new places and enjoying heading out to see what great things we can find.
