My Actifit Report Card: September 24 2022
Just a quick Actifit recap of my day high up in the San Francisco Peaks overlooking Flagstaff on a loooong morning volunteering with the Flagstaff Sky Races on Saturday.

Up at 4:30 and then 6 hours in the cool weather and 9300 foot elevation tending to the intrepid 50 miler/50 km runners.

At least it was great motivation to watch other runners grinding up the mountain ⛰ and maybe I'll show up to run in 2023. For now I got a bunch of race credits for next year and the trail gave me a couple of scenic miles for a hike around the Snow Bowl after we were done.
