Home made face toner

Since I’m getting into foraging for health and natural wellness I’m also trying to create some facial products. Getting into the idea we shouldn’t put on our face what we wouldn’t eat. Skin after all is the biggest organ in the body. 


I made This toner  with echinacea petals, rose petals and  hyssop flowers. I almost boiled water then poured it over the petals and left to steep for 20 mins and then sieved the liquid onto a smaller container. You can drink or use this on your face. 


Pls note I’m just experimenting and not an expert pls do your own research and testing

It would be interesting to know how long this keeps for. I'm not really one to do skincare regimes, so I have no idea how often toner is used.

I use it morning and night the rose water I made before seemed to last all over the summer but then was going a bit funny by winter. If you don’t have preservatives will hVe a time limit but you kind of smell it. I think this year keeping in fridge might help it. I wonder if can freeze for winter months s.... I’m pretty sure you could or maybe just dry petals ( which I am doing this year for tea anyway)

im more of a visual and an artist than a writer personally i hate rly pointless stories on post just to take up space and get votes, i prefer short to the point posts, I think everyone just likes different things and should be authentic to who they are and what they like. I did put my recipe here though so kinda confused. lol
