Nossa vida é marcada por mudanças. Mudanças grandes ou pequenas, impactantes ou sutis. Mudamos a marca do café, o corte de cabelo, ou mudamos de país, mudamos as nossas estratégias de investimentos, nós mudamos.

Repetir tanto a palavra **mudar** pode soar estranho, mas é bizarro no quão presente isso é em nossas vidas. É a mudança que nos permite explorar novos horizontes, conhecer novas pessoas e adquirir novos conhecimentos. Apenas se enfrentarmos as mudanças nós seremos capazes de vivenciar experiências novas e que nunca poderiamos imaginar viver. E apesar da mudança nos trazer uma maré de novidades, junto dela vem também o enorme medo do desconhecido, a preocupação e a ansiedade que o novo nos gera. Os seres humanos odeiam o imprevisível, nós sabemos disso perfeitamente se correlacionarmos com o mercado financeiro. A garantia de que o mundo está acabando é menos pior do que a dúvida se está acabando ou não, **É BIZARRO!**

Mas ao invés de ficarmos paralisados pelo medo do desconhecido, nós devemos estimular o nosso cérebro para a busca constante de novos conhecimentos. Saber que uma mudança inesperada poderá nos agregar conhecimentos nunca antes imaginados é uma perspectiva muito mais interessante do que todos os receios que advem da ansiedade que o desconhecido comumente nos gera.

Mudar é difícil, é trabalhoso e é angustiante, mas mudanças são necessárias para nossa evolução como seres humanos, e se você já está a anos sem mudar, saiba que você está trilhando um caminho perigoso e é necessário fazer uma avaliação se você realmente deseja ficar estagnado em diversos aspectos pelo resto da vida. Mude! Mude sempre que puder! Eu não estou dizendo para mudar simplesmente para dificultar sua vida ou por pura petulância, e sim para mudar tudo aquilo que você acredita não estar bom. 

Se você não gosta do seu emprego, o objetivo final é mudar de trabalho, mas é claro que você não vai se demitir do nada e viver de água o resto da vida, você precisará começar com pequenas mudanças. Ao invés de gastar alguns minutos nas redes sociais você pode pesquisar por novos trabalhos. Mudar seu hábito de ver vídeos de gatinhos no youtube *(ok, mudar isso é bem difícil)* para pesquisar possíveis profissões que você possa exercer para ganhar renda extra *(e quem sabe futuramente se tornar seu trabalho principal)*. Este é apenas um exemplo bobo de que nós podemos mudar mas não precisa ser algo radical, mudanças são gradativas e afetam nossa vida de muitas maneiras como uma cascata.

Eu espero que você goste de mudança e não sinta tanta ansiedade quanto eu. Mas apesar da ansiedade eu não deixo as oportunidades passarem e é isso o que eu farei amanhã. Esta pequena reflexão sobre mudança foi apenas para dizer que amanhã irei mudar de cidade e de emprego. Será uma mudança radical na minha vida e eu com certeza enfrentarei muitas dificuldades durante esse processo de adaptação, mas eu tenho certeza de que é essa mudança que eu preciso para melhorar muitos outros aspectos da minha vida.

Daqui algumas semanas eu voltarei aqui para compartilhar os resultados dessa grande mudança para confirmar se realmente mudar pode nos acrescentar tanto quanto eu imagino. Se eu estiver errado, então será necessário mudar meus conceitos sobre mudança :)

Our life is marked by changes. Big or small, impactful or subtle changes. We change the coffee brand, the haircut, or we change the country, we change our investment strategies, we change.

Repeating the word **change** so often may sound strange, but it's bizarre in how pervasive it is in our lives. It is change that allows us to explore new horizons, meet new people and acquire new knowledge. Only if we face the changes will we be able to live new experiences that we could never imagine having. And despite the change bringing us a tide of news, with it also comes the enormous fear of the unknown, the concern and anxiety that the new generates in us. Human beings hate the unpredictable, we know this perfectly if we correlate with the financial market. The assurance that the world is ending is less worse than doubting whether it is ending or not, **IT'S BIZARRE!**

But instead of being paralyzed by the fear of the unknown, we must stimulate our brain to constantly search for new knowledge. Knowing that an unexpected change can add to us knowledge never before imagined is a much more interesting perspective than all the fears that come from the anxiety that the unknown commonly generates in us.

Change is difficult, it is laborious and it is distressing, but changes are necessary for our evolution as human beings, and if you have not changed for years, know that you are walking a dangerous path and it is necessary to make an evaluation if you really want to stay. stagnant in many ways for the rest of your life. Change it! Change whenever you can! I'm not saying change just to make your life difficult or out of sheer petulance, but to change everything you believe is not good.

If you don't like your job, the ultimate goal is to change jobs, but of course you're not going to quit out of the blue and live on water for the rest of your life, you'll need to start with small changes. Instead of spending a few minutes on social media you can search for new jobs. Change your habit of watching videos of kittens on youtube *(ok, changing that is very difficult)* to research possible professions that you can practice to earn extra income *(and who knows in the future become your main job)*. This is just a silly example that we can change but it doesn't have to be radical, changes are gradual and affect our lives in many ways like a cascade.

I hope you enjoy change and don't feel as anxious as I do. But despite the anxiety I don't let opportunities pass me by and that's what I'll do tomorrow. This little reflection on moving was just to say that tomorrow I will change cities and jobs. It will be a radical change in my life and I will certainly face many difficulties during this adaptation process, but I am sure that it is this change that I need to improve many other aspects of my life.
