I can answer with, nothing different than I am doing today. It's satisfying to know I am doing exactly what I want to do within the limitations of my sick body and finances. I have lived an incredible life. If I don't make it past tomorrow, there is nothing I have any control over that I would change. Thank you for the thoughtful question.
