Hace como cuarenta años quise estudiar yoga, aparte de los ejercicios de flexibilidad tenía que llevar una dieta básicamente de vegetales. Con el tiempo me fui haciendo mas flexible, me sentía mas feliz. Hasta que tuve que dejarlo por la crisis económica en México.

Un tiempo después me di cuenta que lo que estudiaba no era yoga si no kung fu. Recientemente quise regresar, pero cuarenta años después significa también cuarenta kilos mas. Creo que nada mas en oir las instrucciones se me acabó la energía.

About forty years ago I wanted to study yoga, apart from flexibility exercises I had to eat a diet basically of vegetables. Over time I became more flexible, I felt happier. Until I had to quit because of the economic crisis in Mexico.

Some time later I realized that what I was studying was not yoga but kung fu. I recently wanted to go back, but forty years later it also means forty more kilos. I think that just hearing the instructions ran out of energy.
