해커톤 3개 우승하고 깨달은 것.

하나는 해커톤, 하나는 메이커톤, 하나는 린스타트업 아이디어 메이킹
이었어요. 3번 우승했죠. 다 해커톤이라곤 할 수 없지만
대회성격은 다 비슷했던 것 같아요.

그냥 짧은 시간주고
한 번 만들어 보아요. 였죠.

우승비결은 단순한데요.
그냥 최대한 하는 거 였어요.
ㅇ_ㅇ;; 하하.

생각보다 놀라운 아이템이나
아니면 놀라운 기술을 썼던 경우는 별로 없구요.
(물론 시도하다가 망작이 나온 경우는 있었죠.)

괜찮은 아이템을
팀원 전원이 힘을 합쳐서
굉장히 많이 일하고
더 잘 만들어 냈습니다.

처음에는 다 비슷했는데
결과물을 보면
누가 봐도 저희 작품이 최고라고 생각할 정도였죠.

그런데 그건 제가 탈락한 대회도 마찬가지 였던 것 같아요.
우승한 팀의 작품은 누가봐도 그 대회의 우승 다웠습니다.

대회라는 게
미리 준비하는 것도 있겠지만
현장에서 팀원들이랑 발 맞춰서
얼마나 최대한 해내느냐의 승부인 것 같아요.

생각보다 안 맞아서 붕괴되는 팀이 많아요.
자기 아이템만 끝까지 고집한다던가,
남의 추가 의견을 무시한다던가,
그리고 서로 존중하지 않아서 역량이 따로 노는 팀도 많구요.

제대로 연결되어서 힘을 모으는 건 생각보다 쉽지 않아요.
그래서 제대로 연결만 되어도 상당한 힘이 생기죠.
그리고 그게 시너지가 나는 순간
결과가 상당히 좋아집니다.

생각해보면 우직하게 가는 게 승리 비결이었는데
스팀잇도 비슷하지 않을까
그런 생각이 들어요.

주어진 상황 안에서 최대한 열심히
그리고 우직하게 해나가는 사람이 결국 최고가 되지 않을까요?

앞으로 더 열심히 해야겠어요.

최고가 되는 상상을 해보면서
