Let you guys know about that how many reps are useful for optimal muscle growth some people even trainers say that doing more reps can make you rip or doing heavy and low reps like 4 to 6 can make your muscle grow with size that is totally scrap and you are totally wasting your time …..

1: The lower reps are used by heavy weightlifters because they just have to done only 2 to 4 reps of that weight this can only increase your strength but not your muscles ….

2: The higher reps are used by cyclist or swimmers etc because they want to increase there endurance not there strength or muscle size and they can easily do 20 to 30 reps in a single set …

So… As a bodybuilder you have to do reps between 8 to 12 reps for optimal muscle growth and you can see the results in days .. no supplements no magic pills no steroids …. 

Just fresh and clean diet 4 to 6 meals a day and the jacked muscles will be yours after muscle maturity …. Best of luck and stay tuned for more …
