Draft criminal complaints ([get complaint form here](https://steemit.com/steemit/@uscfhq/open-letter-to-all-legislators-32f6be58e44b3)) for accused constitutional offenders identifying all pending and past legislation (give priority for pending bills and then do laws and failed bills) infringing the 2nd Amendment at the national, state and county level and send criminal complaints with an open letter 1st Amendment petition and amnesty offer for nonviolent offenders ([get open letter template here](https://steemit.com/steemit/@uscfhq/open-letter-to-all-legislators-94089a9e199fb)) to all offending legislators with specific citations of evidence of treason etc. and wait 7 days for a response 

3. Draw the line, end the amnesty program after 7 days and establish a zero tolerance policy for treason ([see US treason definition here](https://steemit.com/steemit/@uscfhq/american-freedom-2020-e307c0816ef54))

4. Publish [criminal complaints](https://steemit.com/steemit/@uscfhq/open-letter-to-all-legislators-32f6be58e44b3) for accused constitutional offenders (all patrons and voters in favor of such unconstitutional legislation) to blockchain in the Constitutional Offenders Database at http://steemit.com/@uscfhq with their open source publicly listed  contact info:
