## Beer on Hive - it started early

There was a guy - we call him Stefan - who started awesome content around *Beer* long ago when this blockchain was young. Actually my  frst posts also been around the topic:

Nowadays the chain has developed and also the *beer topic* made it steps to be more professional - my dearest friend @detlev created his *beersaturday*, a dedicated token and a true ongoing program - I love his persistency and I remember the times when I tried to convince him to join such a blockchain community, he was not confident - but he did it - and now he is one of the most respect people on Hive. One with always positive feelings, never acting in flag wars or discussion I do - a role model how you can be successful on the chain without getting into wars. Am also a bit proud I could convince him. 

Hope he is now not getting flagged by a certain individual only as I mention him. Being called a dead weight and without any positive contribution to this chain (not bothering anyone on what I did in the past around sports, music, photogrphy and such) I still decided to get back to Hive and powerup a bit stake.

I received some positive feedack and ONE negative one (as expected) but my plan is to stay here for a while and try some little things to support the chain. I am a fan of promoting / positioning Hive as a chain to run products, business or games - I will not promote this as a social media platform such as FB, X or whatever - think we are over this claim to "own your own content"  versus the web2 industry. 

We should move forward and stop promoting us as the way 95% do - we are a fast, secure blockchain, we have advantages also in the way we name our wallets - not numbers only. 

What are your plans or feelings what Hive can and should achieve in the future? Is our witness system good enough? Do we do enough marketing? Is our marketing targetting the correct groups we want to attracht for the platform or not?
