## Calling the Korean community!
Hi guys,

unusual way to approach but I need a partner in Korea for some marketing / branding work and to start with for advise how a company from Germany as an example can do business in Korea. 

I am not talking about the usual cultural differences and that we should know market, enemies  etc - it is more like the question if a foreign brand needs a localized logo, look and feel and general brand presence or if a global one could be successful too? We did a similar exercise already in China and Japan with this company where we had to localize and create dedicated local branding for the local markets, not sure about Korea though as the country was always more English language minded and has a strong link to the US, any help would be much appreciated.

안녕 얘들 아, 특이한 접근 방식이지만 마케팅/브랜딩 작업을 위해 한국의 파트너가 필요하며, 독일에서 온 회사가 한국에서 비즈니스를 어떻게 할 수 있는지 조언하기 위해 시작해야 합니다. 나는 일반적인 문화적 차이에 대해 이야기하고 우리가 시장, 원수 등을 알아야한다는 것을 - 외국 브랜드가 지역화 된 로고, 모양과 느낌과 일반적인 브랜드 존재를 필요로하는 경우 또는 글로벌 하나가 너무 성공할 수 있는지 질문처럼? 우리는 중국과 일본에서 이미 비슷한 운동을 했고, 현지 시장을 위한 전용 지역 브랜딩을 현지화하고 만들어야 했지만, 한국은 항상 영어에 더 신경을 쓰지 않고 미국과 강한 관계를 맺고 있기 때문에 어떤 도움도 많이 이해할 수 있을 것입니다.
