HIVESTATS DATA: How I Earned $41 from SPORTS Curation on Hive Blockchain
My SPORTS curation account currently holding 16 million SPORTS has been used initially for posting sports contents but irreverently used for curation purposes only.

With the advent of Tribes on the Hive blockchain as at August, 2019, it became necessary to create tribes curation accounts for the tribes tokens in order to save Hive curation power. Then it was a 1:1 ratio for use of Hive Power and Curation Power for the staked Hive token. A tribe curation account needed much Hive voting power to be able to sustainaly curate tribes based contents.

The story is now different. Thanks to @khaleelkazi for building the Vote weight multiplier on [LeoDex](https://dex.leofinance.io/rewards). This feature allows a user to utilize less (or more) of your HIVE voting power while manipulating the outcome of his token curation.

> For example, if you want to upvote LEO  content but only use 10% of your HIVE vote for each 100% SPORTS upvote, then you would set your LEO multiplier to 10 and then upvote content with a 10% vote. This would effectively make your upvote on Hive only 10% while your upvote on LEO would show as a full 100% upvote.

Same adjustment applies for other Hive-engine tokens like SPORTS. Simply login LeoDex and go to the [rewards tab](https://dex.leofinance.io/rewards). Back to the onus of the discussion. I have been ale to make as much as $41 from SPORTS curation over the past few months. Bare in mind that my SPORTS power has been gradually increasing from 0 to the current 16 million stake. It is hopefully going to continue till it reaches my target 20 million when I will begin to actually simulate my curation rewards and compute its profitability over time.

The screenshot above captured from [Hivestats.io](https://hivestats.io/@uyobong.sports) shows that my earnings from SPORTS curation on Hive-engine is worth about $41 and still growing as my SPORTS stake is building up.


By the end of June when my SPORTS power would reach the 20 million mark, I will hopefully earn much more from SPORTS tribes curation. 

It can only get better!

That is a very impressive number of sportstalk tokens. I myself just reached 300.000 tokens. 

I am also using the multiplier function to make sure I actually use the voting power
