I am excited to have been selected alongside 5 other great and creative LeoFinance users - @bitcoinflood, @howzat, @idiosyncratic1, @niallon11, @l337m45732 to join @anomadsoul in building @Leogrowth project as LeoFinance ambassadors. 

The [LeoFinance Ambassador program](https://leofinance.io/@leogrowth/leo-finance-ambassador-program-are-you-ready) was set up to gather capable hands who will be actively involved in spreading the word about LeoFinance projects, launches and much more, guide newbies around the Leoverse, promote Leo Finance and its child projects in local crypto events and be on the lookout for local and global partnership opportunities, online and in-real-life that will better the lots of LeoFinance.

It is expected that the effective discharge of responsibilities by the ambassadors is expected to help LeoFinance achieve its #1 KPI of growing the Monthly average users of the community in depth and width.

Being a part of the prestigious Leo Ambassador team also came with some perks, including the receipt of 10k LEO Power delegation. The delegation has been received with thanks and its sufficient motivation to give in my best for the growth of the LeoFinance community.

Looking forward to encouraging as much new Lions as found within the #leogrowth and #newlion tags with LEO upvotes to help them make LeoFinance their web3 home


## LeoFinance Ambassador Programme (LAP) as a Bridge Building Initiative
Crucial among the responsibilities of the LeoFinance ambassadors is that of building the  bridge that would safely onboard as many users from web2 to web3 communities among which @LeoFinance is contributing an amazing value.

The incubation role as would be played by LAP would reduce the bottlenecks to entry that had existed around web3 communities. I trust that participation in engagement and asset staking in LeoFinance projects would surge as our awareness widens.
