How to simplify matters
Simplification is the first thing to begin with when you want to increase productivity. It allows you to save a huge amount of time and mental energy, which can be used for something more important.

Before going directly to simplification, let's see what "cases" in general can be simplified:

Simplify commitments: most of us are overloaded with their number. This is work, home, children, social events, hobbies - anyone will start to go crazy, if all this is very much.

Simplify your goals: reduce their number to three. So, you better focus, stop being nervous and turn the energy on really important.
Simplify your actions: any business consists of actions. Only now, at times, we do not even think about the fact that their number can be significantly reduced.
Simplify your words: by talking to people, be clear to them.



Simplify the choice: we face it not even tens, but hundreds of times a day. And if you concentrate on everyone, it takes a fair share of mental energy. To prevent this, simplify your choice: eat the same breakfast, distribute clothes by the day, adjust the sleep schedule and adhere to it diligently.
