<p>There was a small shop which used to sell samosa just out side a multi national company office.</p>
<p>One fine day a person who was a mid level employee of a company went to shop to eat samosas. While eating samosa he started conversation with shop owner.</p>
<p><strong>Rahul (Employee of Company)</strong>: I feel so pity for you.</p>
<p><strong>Raju (Shop owner)</strong>: Why sir ?</p>
<p><strong>Rahul</strong>: Because you are wasting your time here in shop.</p>
<p><strong>Raju</strong>: I am not wasting time sir, instead I am doing much better work then what you do sir.</p>
<p><strong>Rahul</strong>: Oh really, How ?</p>
<p><strong>Raju</strong>: Sir, First tell me how many years a go you started your job? & what was your salary at that time ?</p>
<p><strong>Rahul</strong>: Well I started 10 years a go & my salary was 10k Rs. per month at that time.</p>
<p><strong>Raju</strong>: Also what is your salary right now ?</p>
<p><strong>Rahul</strong>: right now my salary is 100k Rs per month.</p>
<p><strong>Raju</strong>: Ok, I also started selling samosa 10 years a go, at that time I was earning hardly 1k Rs. per month. Right now I am earning around 150k Rs. per month.</p>
<p><strong>Rahul</strong>: Oh really ? You earn 150k Rs. per month ? That is why you think that your business is better than my job ?</p>
<p><strong>Raju</strong>: No this is not the reason for that.</p>
<p><strong>Rahul</strong>: Then ?</p>
<p><strong>Raju</strong>: Sir, You are married right ?</p>
<p><strong>Rahul </strong>: Yes & I have 5 year old son as well.</p>
<p><strong>Raju</strong>: I am also married & I also have 6 year old son.</p>
<p><strong>Rahul</strong>: How is this related to this topic ?</p>
<p><strong>Raju</strong>: Sir think about around 16-17 years from now when our sons will start working.</p>
<p><strong>Rahul</strong>: Ok</p>
<p><strong>Raju</strong>: My Son will get benefit from my business & will get very much established business. But will your son get benefit from your job ? will he be appointed at same designation as yours that time ?</p>
<p><strong>Rahul</strong>: No</p>
<p><strong>Raju</strong>: Instead of your Son getting benefit from your job, children of your company owner will get benefits. </p>
<p><strong>Rahul</strong>: So your son will get established business from you that is why you think you are doing better work then me ?</p>
<p><strong>Raju</strong>: Yes sir, Not only he will get established business, He will also have opportunity of growing it to another level & like that he will be much more successful then what we both are right now. On other hand your son have to start from zero again.</p>

<p>Rahul started thinking & regretting about why he started this conversation. He just paid 10 Rs. of samosa & left the shop & shop owner continued his Samosa selling.</p>
