WHAT IS NIGERIA


Now let me tell you what it means to be a Nigerian.

To be a Nigerian means fish
A fish drowning in waters, ocean, deeps, struggling to breathe
Even though they're equipped with gills and fill
See we catch cruise in a beat to wave, break of depression
We catch cruise to break the rib of depression
But the pressure is worse and worse as the Naira is getting lesser and lesser.

To be Nigerian is to be devalued yourself, judged not by your name, talent, and personality but your nationality, patriotic green, stained with red negativity, 
This is hope against hope, while hoping against couple, even though fear stands tall, we're carrying hope on our shoulders like a cake.

A land flowing with milk and Honey, just no job or money, not good job not good education.
But grandpas running this land like a secret meeting in six fit, sometimes I wonder how did we get here?

Where bullets fine final rest, satisfaction, peace in the blood of the citizens 
Now the citizens are screaming in forever silence, 
And our rulers still pretend not to hear us, not to feel what we feel that burning scale on our heads.

They no actual wan know, they no care, even not send.
So they do what they will while will do what will want, two different decisions on one head; on one man.
We are fighting for the heroes that we've lost. That we have not forgotten, we cannot move on
Because this nation, what does not kill hibernate for, minted, met rate and try again
So this 
Is not the time to sell another fall for beans, Agbado and dodo, is not the time to sit chilled sipping and shakily for the genera tic of zobo.
This instead is the time to do the right thing. 
This is not the time to inflate our natural resources, push us into the pull of hunger a cry out for world Intervention.

Let's look at the pull of tears, the gunships of blood from these children

Our education is dead; gone, noway of hope, my Nigeria; is now a tunnel settlement for the lions. The old papas put us on the wrong track. Our rivers our dry of joy.
We're like a walking coupe on the street, we are supposed to be full of life. 


We cry out, yet our voices are covered by mysterious men and women of with blackhearts.
Woe, to these hands, who write on are white clothes with their black acts, our well be less of concern.
These fox eating up the only crop on the farm.
I ask when I look into the eyes of this little offspring, the tears punishing down their eyes, what will be of hope.

Hunger, starvation, Abject poverty merry with us each morning, stairs at are hopless and helpless rumbling stomach, we live in helpless.
O, the whaling voice of the country, no better way to sort its mathematical confusions.
Nations come and heal us from this wound, safe us yours their servant from the net of no return.

We look, eat from the crumbs of our masters, yet Deeply in their eyes is a spoonful of displeasure, theses old papas, our now the new Nigeria, how do poetry explain this mystery.

The new hope,  our satiation, they.  Have taken into their portfolio.
Even the crumbs fallen from their mouths, they hit us with backbone pains for their pleasure before we can pick them up.


 With the tools of fining tune words. And worry
Our heads; fools of debts and loads, a dream of unrealistic moment. 
O, Let this oh hailed so soon, my dear Nigeria.
The streets of my Nigeria now flows with blood of hunger mouths, benches, hang watching empty stomachs, watching stomach, o, kings and queens enslaved in their Palace, bunches of bones, of hopes and with scales on our backs.


My country, Nigeria, is going down, this being the truth, we believe that are leaders may visualize ways to restore hope and give us a head way to a better  Nigerians and not a fish drowning.
