Маю перші результати виконання 'продовольчого мінімуму' на 6 сотках дачної ділянки.😁
Після недавнього граду дуже постраждалі рослинки таки відновлюються і вже радують першими плодами. На сьогодні маємо смаженого кабачка і миску огірочків.
Мама дуже хвилювалася, коли побачила діряве листя на рослинах. Кабачки були сильно побиті. І не дивно - вони мають дуже велике широке листя, що росте від стебла на трубчатій ніжці. Оці ніжки-трубочки град подолав дуже просто, після розчистки знищеної зелені майже нічого на рослинах не залишилося. Також були 'продірявлені' або зовсім збиті маленькі зав'язі плодів, - їх також було видалено. Ну і теперішня спекотна погода не додавала оптимізму у відновленні рослин.

Mom was very worried when she saw the holes in the leaves on the plants. Zucchini were badly beaten. And it is not surprising - they have very large, wide leaves that grow from the stem on a tubular stem. Hail overcame these tubular legs very easily, after clearing the destroyed greenery, there was almost nothing left on the plants. Small fruit ovaries were also "punctured" or completely knocked off - they were also removed. Well, the current hot weather did not add optimism in the recovery of plants.**

Але перший кабачок вже посмажений! І мама з величезним задоволенням потримала його в руках, на око визначаючи вагу: 'Більше кілограма буде!'. А потім весь день смакувала його смажені кільця, приправлені тертим свіжим часничком та дрібно нарізаним кропом.

Так само постраждали від граду і огірки. Грядка виглядає зараз, наче підстрижена перукарем 'під нуль'. Але тимчасом всі постраждалі плоди вже підросли і були зібрані. Мама виступила тут першим дегустатором: 'Ох і смачні, хоч і побиті!'.

Бо якщо навіть рослини знаходять сили відновитися після катаклізмів, то людина в тисячу разів сильніша за них. І впадати у відчай просто не має права. Тільки незламним дано отримати свої омріяні плоди.
