¡Hola hivers! 

Siguiendo con la amiga @tibaire y sus Iniciativas en la columna habitual "Conversando con mis ancestros", nos encontramos con que seguimos con el tema relacionado con la familia ["Yo pertenezco"](https://peakd.com/hive-131951/@tibaire/conversando-con-mis-ancestros-iniciativa-2-yo-pertenezco), ese vínculo inquebrantable que nos hace pertenecer al entorno familiar. Esta vez nos enfocaremos en el sentido de pertenencia, en lo que significa cada miembro de la familia y los resultados de un ejercicio muy interesante presentado en esta iniciativa.

Desde que leí esto estuve pensando en si llevaría a cabo o no esta catarsis, la que sin duda engloba lo que somos en el ámbito familiar, como nos sentimos con cada integrante, que pensamos sobre el hecho de pertenecer y cómo irremediablemente todos hacemos parte de esto. 

En algún momento de la vida quisiéramos eliminar de nuestra conciencia lo que significa pertenecer a un núcleo familiar, solo por el hecho de no tener una buena relación con alguno de ellos. El caso es que no podemos escapar, siento que la mejor manera de sobrellevar ese estricto sentido del pertenecer es aceptando, superando y mirando la vida de una forma en la que pongamos en primer lugar nuestra paz mental.

Es entendible que de pronto podamos estar una muy mala situación con algun familiar y que eso en algún punto nos lleno de resentimiento, amargura y cualquier otro sentimiento negativo que acaba con el verdadero valor de nuestra esencia. El punto es no llenar el ambiente de distanciamiento o disputas verbales, saber llevar la situación con empatia y madurez es clave, ya que no nos gustaría sentirnos rechazados de ninguna manera en nuestro entorno familiar.

La clave es enfocarnos, perdonar en lo posible y buscar siempre lo que nos genere bienestar, todo desde el respeto y el bien común. Con respecto al ejercicio propuesto debo confesar que escogí todas las fotos al azar, con muchos de mis familiares que no he visto en años y otros que ya no están en este plano terrenal. Los sentimientos no se hicieron esperar, creo que fue una explosión que no me esperaba. 

Creo que lo primero que experimenté fue nostalgia, muchísima nostalgia por estar lejos de mi tierra y de esa familia que me vio nacer y crecer, en las buenas y malas, quienes extendieron su mano cuando ya no podía levantarme, pero también me acompañaron en mis mayores victorias.

Una vez más me sentí triste, pero esta vez por los que ya no están, de quienes tengo buenos y malos recuerdos, pero los malos ya no duelen, siento como pude renovar mi perspectiva desde el perdón, la aceptación, el pasado simplemente se quedo ahí. Al mismo tiempo la felicidad de saber que muchas de esas fotos que hoy contemplaba son parte de las mejores épocas que vivimos en mi país y también como una familia unida.

Sentí como la fe y la esperanza llenaban mi ser, tantas promesas que van en camino, la vida de personas que luchan sin rendirse, pero también las desgracias de otros. Todo esto me hizo sentir demasiada gratitud por lo que tengo, por lo que he vivido, por lo que como familia hemos construido. Con sus altos y bajos, todo desde el entorno más sano que puedo recordar. La familia para mi siempre ha sido importante, pese a tantas cosas ahí seguimos perteneciendo.

Mientras recupero el aliento y esas ganas de seguir luchando no tengo más que agradecer a Dios, al universo y todo lo que nos afianza en este mundo como seres únicos e irrepetibles. Infinita gratitud con la madre tierra por sus beneficios. La vida sin duda nos trajo con un propósito, con un vínculo familiar que es el que debíamos tener desde antes de nacer. Como tal quisiera resaltar que la mejor relación de familia se forja desde el respeto y las más sanas decisiones. ¡Agradezco infinitamente por cada experiencia vivida!

Following with friend @tibaire and her Initiatives in the usual column "Conversing with my ancestors", we find that we continue with the topic related to family ["I belong"](https://peakd.com/hive-131951/@tibaire/conversando-con-mis-ancestros-iniciativa-2-yo-pertenezco), that unbreakable bond that makes us belong to the family environment. This time we will focus on the sense of belonging, on what each family member means and the results of a very interesting exercise presented in this initiative.

Since I read this I have been thinking about whether or not I would carry out this catharsis, which undoubtedly encompasses what we are in the family environment, how we feel about each member, what we think about the fact of belonging and how inevitably we are all part of this. 

At some point in life we would like to eliminate from our conscience what it means to belong to a family nucleus, just because we do not have a good relationship with any of them. The fact is that we cannot escape, I feel that the best way to cope with this strict sense of belonging is to accept, overcome and look at life in a way that puts our peace of mind first.

It is understandable that suddenly we may be in a very bad situation with a family member and that at some point fills us with resentment, bitterness and any other negative feeling that destroys the true value of our essence. The point is not to fill the environment with distancing or verbal disputes, knowing how to handle the situation with empathy and maturity is key, since we would not like to feel rejected in any way in our family environment.

The key is to focus, forgive as much as possible and always look for what generates wellbeing, all from respect and the common good. Regarding the proposed exercise I must confess that I chose all the photos at random, with many of my relatives that I have not seen in years and others that are no longer on this earthly plane. The feelings were not long in coming, I think it was an explosion that I did not expect. 

I think the first thing I experienced was nostalgia, a lot of nostalgia for being away from my land and that family that saw me born and grow, in good times and bad, who extended their hand when I could not get up, but also accompanied me in my greatest victories.

Once again I felt sad, but this time for those who are no longer here, of whom I have good and bad memories, but the bad ones no longer hurt, I feel how I was able to renew my perspective from forgiveness, acceptance, the past just stayed there. At the same time the happiness of knowing that many of those photos that I was contemplating today are part of the best times we lived in my country and also as a united family.

I felt how faith and hope filled my being, so many promises that are on their way, the life of people who fight without giving up, but also the misfortunes of others. All this made me feel so much gratitude for what I have, for what I have lived, for what we have built as a family. With its ups and downs, all from the healthiest environment I can remember. Family has always been important to me, despite so many things we still belong there.

While I recover my breath and the desire to continue fighting, I can only thank God, the universe and everything that secures us in this world as unique and unrepeatable beings. Infinite gratitude to mother earth for her benefits. Life undoubtedly brought us with a purpose, with a family bond that is what we should have had since before we were born. As such, I would like to emphasize that the best family relationship is forged from respect and the healthiest decisions. I am infinitely grateful for every experience lived!
