¡Hola hivers! 💜

La gastronomía colombiana me ha sorprendido gratamente, comidas que creí que no me gustarían ahora disfruto mucho, y claro que teniendo un colombiano en casa es inevitable no tener que preparar sus comidas favoritas y aventurarme en esta montaña rusa de sabores y colores que nos brinda su gastronomía.

La receta que les traje hoy es 100% de una zona de Colombia llamada Valle del cauca, donde son muy tradicionales los aborrajados de plátano maduro, se pueden preparar solo con queso o con queso y bocadillo, mis favoritos son estos que les presentaré, hace un tiempo los probé y no había tenido oportunidad de recrearlos, por supuesto que consulte esta receta con una conocida colombiana para asegurarme de hacerla de la manera correcta.

Aquí es muy común la combinación de queso y bocadillo (dulce de guayaba), incluso hay vendedores ambulantes que lo ofrecen entre sus productos estrella, mi colombiano **ama** esa combinación, además para acompañarlo que no le falte su buen vaso de leche, es su delirio. Por otra parte esa combinación sola no es de mis cosas favoritas, pero todo el conjunto de sabores que trae un aborrajado me permiten disfrutar mucho más de ella.

Precisamente hoy juega Colombia y yo no preparo nada especial a menos que juegue Venezuela, pero hoy a petición de mi colombiano (no se dejó tomar fotos) me atreveré a hacer algo diferente para mirar el partido junto a mi familia, además de disfrutar de una buena comida y pasar un rato agradable. Espero que en mi primer intento pueda hacerle honor a esta "delicia valluna" y que a todos ustedes les guste. Con mi hija siguiendome de cerca y comiéndose el bocadillo, pero con el que me quedó pude continuar con la receta. Ahora bien para ello necesitaremos:

Ingredientes | Cantidad
------ | ------
Plátano maduro | 2 unidades
Queso mozzarella |  150 gramos
Bocadillo | 50 gramos
Harina de trigo | 50 gramos
Huevo | 1 unidad
Azúcar | dos cucharadas
Sal | media cucharada
Agua | una taza
Color rojo | media cucharada

Paso 1.- Pelamos y cortamos el plátano en trozos grandes. Calentamos suficiente aceite a fuego medio y colocamos a freír el plátano, unos 2 o 3 minutos por lado, sin dejar que se dore demasiado.

Paso 2.-Una vez salgan de la sartén aplastamos cada pedazo de plátano con la ayuda de una tabla y una bolsita debajo, cuidando de que no quede tan delgado (como si fuéramos a hacer empanadas), le colocamos el pedazo de queso y bocadillo, envolvemos y con ayuda de la bolsa hacemos una bolita para sacarle el aire, así puede quedar más compacto. Repetimos este proceso con todas las porciones.

Paso 3.-Realizamos el rebosado mezclando la taza de agua con la harina de trigo, azúcar, sal y color, nos debe quedar una consistencia parecida a la de las panquecas, un poco más líquida.

Paso 4.- Pasamos todas las bolitas por el rebasado (Mezcla del paso anterior) y colocamos a freír nuevamente a fuego medio, dejamos dorar lo suficiente por ambos lados (esta parte si fue al ojo con respecto al tiempo), hasta obtener la contextura deseada, dejamos reposar y servimos.

*Es muy importante que siempre cocines esta receta en todos sus pasos con fuego medio o bajo, de lo contrario te quedará crudo o se quemara.

*Puedes agregarle solo queso, si no eres amante del dulce te lo recomiendo ya que el bocadillo le da un sabor mucho más dulce.

*Es importante dejar reposar los aborrajados porque el bocadillo caliente te puede quemar (me pasó), además de que se disfrutan más ya reposados.

On the other hand that combination alone is not one of my favorite things, but the whole set of flavors that brings an aborrajado allow me to enjoy it much more.

Precisely today Colombia is playing and I do not prepare anything special unless Venezuela is playing, but today at the request of my Colombian (he did not let me take pictures) I will dare to do something different to watch the game with my family, besides enjoying a good meal and having a nice time. Ripe plantain | 2 units
Mozzarella cheese | 150 grams
Sweet guava | 50 grams
Wheat flour | 50 grams
Egg | 1 unit

Step 1.- Peel and cut the plantain into large pieces. Heat enough oil over medium heat and place to fry the plantain, about 2 or 3 minutes per side, without letting it brown too much.

Step 2.-Once they come out of the pan, flatten each piece of plantain with the help of a board and a bag underneath, making sure it is not too thin (as if we were going to make empanadas), place the piece of cheese and sandwich, wrap and with the help of the bag we make a ball to remove the air, so it can be more compact. Repeat this process with all the portions.

Step 3.-We make the rebosado mixing the cup of water with the wheat flour, sugar, salt and color, we should be a consistency similar to that of the pancakes, a little more liquid.

Step 4.- We pass all the balls through the batter (mixture of the previous step) and place to fry again over medium heat, let brown enough on both sides (this part if it was to the eye with respect to time), until the desired texture, let stand and serve.

Hola amigo @angdavid21, si la verdad mi hija adora toda la comida de aquí, como buena colombiana jajaja. Yo por otra parte aunque amo la gastronomía de Venezuela hay cosas muy ricas para comer en Colombia, hay para todos los gustos y esta receta es divina en cualquier presentación.

Hola amiga @hylene74, es cuestión de probar, tal vez sea de tu agrado de esta forma, aunque pudieras sustituir el plátano por papa, la sancochas luego la tirturas y el rollo si igual que en esta receta.

Hola amiga bella @mamaemigrante !, el problema es que tendría que ser un cambur medio pinton porque muy maduro se deshace creo, pero si puede funcionar.

La arepa de huevo no la he hecho pero creo que lo intentare, también me dieron la receta y es muy fácil, la cosa es que no tengo molino para hacerla con el maíz trillado, me tocaría conseguir la harina hecha porque con harina pan no queda igual me dijeron.

Hola amiga @sidalim88, es una receta natal del valle de cauca que cuando probé inmediatamente quede encantada, por acá en Bogotá no es muy común verla en puestos ambulantes pero si hay lugares donde las preparan.
