<p>&nbsp;It’s strength training for your heart and lungs.</p>
<p>It’s QUICK. 20-30 minutes 3 days a week is all you need to get dramatic body composition results.</p>
<p>Shock your body into letting go of those stubborn love handles.</p>

<p><strong>Interval Training burns more calories (than steady state cardio) during your workout PLUS continues burning for up to 48 hours. (Some sources say even longer).</strong></p>

  <li>Choose your favorite piece of cardio equipment.</li>
  <li>Pick a comfortable pace. &nbsp;Pick a Challenging pace.</li>
  <li>Do your comfortable pace for 1 minute.</li>
  <li>Perform your challenging pace for 30 seconds.</li>
  <li>Repeat this sequence for 20 minutes.</li>
