Judging.
~in the true sense of word,  means to form an opinion or conclusion  to someone or something after careful consideration of our thoughts,  feelings and evidence.

The word judging usually reflects and denotes negative impressions. Of course we don't  want to be judged as well but we judge other people too.  It might be over small things or over big issues. 

We have this popular saying that everyone know for sure, " Don't  judge the book by its cover". We  should be mindful although it's  in our instict to judge.  We should think first before  we speak or do any potential harm.  You can't  get your words back.  Words are poison.  Maybe you should know first what that person is going through.  Look for basic goodness for that person,  our minds will always scan for negatives but we can also try finding something good on that person.

We are more alike than different.  When you feel critical to someone,  just remember they also love their family just like you do, and just wanted to be happy and to be free from sufferings . We make mistakes, nobody is perfect. 

So think first before you judge someone. There's  a story behind every person.  There's always a reason why they are the way they are.
