 In the evening on the eve of May Day, my son and I were in a bad mood.  Of course, we were happy with the holiday.  But I was worried that tomorrow is May, and we have a vegetable garden under water.  Son - an amateur to fish, but in open water, and not ice fishing.

 The cold spring has spoiled everything for us.  In the garden there is water, but on the river-ice.  And there was nothing tasty for the festive table, but they were hoping for fish.

 Happiness piled on the door in the image of a neighbor.  He just likes to fish from under the ice.  He boasted that he caught it well, but now he should improve his health, so do we have a drink?  He knew where he was going.

 Vodka in our house is used by me - in jars with jam I put a piece of paper moistened in a strong drink to avoid spoilage, and my son wipes glasses.  One bottle is enough for us for a year, at this moment it was still half full.  Men quickly found a common language. 

 And instead of this bottle we have two fresh pikes kilogram for one and a half or two.  The kitchen was filled with the divine smell of fresh fish.  We like fish very much.  I cleaned it and began to cut it off.  Of course, we must do so that nothing is lost. Heads, tails, fins, ribs in the ear, and fillets in the julienne.  For this dish, I have stuck mushrooms since last summer.

These are white mushrooms.  I washed them, cleaned them even then, in the summer, boiled them and put them into the freezer.  Now they need to be defrosted, fried with butter, the main thing is for the water to evaporate.  Pike to cut the cubes, like everything else, fry.  For the sauce the following products are taken: onion, butter, white wine, 100 grams, cumin, cream-30 percent fat, flour.  Add the onions, butter, cream, cumin, flour.

 We lay out mushrooms and fish on pots, fill everything with sauce, under the lid - sour cream, grated cheese.  Pots of ceramics can not be put in a hot oven, they can burst.  After half an hour, check the pots, maybe the dinner is ready.
