Very informative post! Weight training is another great calorie & fat burner because when your body goes into its Anabolic state, you use up a lot of calories, nutrients and proteins in order for your muscles to repair. I really appreciate this information. I do something wrong because it seems I am stuck on my 8% too much body fat. I go to the gym regularly, I don't overeat but don't seem to loose one gram from my tummy.
