**Prelude**
Greeting to all and welcome back to another new post on Adapting to Modern where I look at how I crossed over from playing in Wild Battles till today focusing and getting more cards on Modern Battles, sharing with the community the struggles, the strategies and things I do to move towards playing in Modern. Hope you've managed to have a good weekend and have been playing up your battles and earning more glint and rewards. Would like to apologize for my slowed down activity as I am currently overseas on a work assignment and usually out for the whole day. Let's us continue from where we left off from last post and continue looking into the Core Set of Rebellion.   



**Rebellion Core Set Cards**


Similar to the previous post for this series, we will begin discussing card from the Rebellion Core Set. Using a similar method when I reviewed the Soul Bound reward cards, I will be discussing about the growth of the cards and will give a simple review to whether or not investing into them will level up your game play or not. And let's continue our review and look at another 2 rare cards from life splinter in today's review. 

*Silverblade Fighter*

The first life splinter rare card that we will reviewing today will be Silverblade Fighter. Interestingly, this is yet another elf and the 3rd elf rare card in life splinter. I would say this will be a potential tank especially if you are dealing with magic lineup as this card will gain void armour at level 2 and subsequently at level 6, it also gains a complementary skill in protect to further boost up the void armour for longer endurance. Base card has flank where you would be able to hide another hard hitter melee card that might be a little prone to magic. A decent card to own to give you an option when facing a magic lineup. However, it is more situational, hence it will be an utility card than a guaranteed starter. 


*Ulundin Regulator*

The next card we will look at will be Ulundin Regulator. At base this is a 2 attack opportunity attacker and because of true strike, the attack will never miss. However, this card again is shy off the little league ruleset by 1 mana. When I look at the whole stat, the opportunity lies at higher levels when this card can do a guaranteed strike of up to 4 damage which is actually very potent. A little scratching at lower levels with lower melee attack and lower health. A decent card especially if you gonna play Ulund bloodline which will get boost from Archon. If without the Archon, still a good utility card to have in collection but not fully critical. 


*Assessment*
2 rare cards that are being reviewed today and both have their individual Archons. Both cards can be called as utility cards to serve certain purpose. Might not be guaranteed starters but they will fit various lineups well if you lack certain cards. 

Rating wise, Silverblade Fighter would be getting a rating of 3.2/5 from me. I do like how it is able to be a good option against magic heavy lineup and being able to hide something behind it and also gives armour boost at higher levels, a a decent card to own. For Ulundin Regulator, this card will probably get a rating of 3.0/5. I would prefer the previous card, but this card also has its own plus point with the true strike which is hard to handle. A little low in health stats.

My recommendation will be to get Silverblade Fighter to at least level 6 for the protect and Level 7 for Ulundin Regulator to at least get 4 melee attack. Will be a little costly to build it up but do look at possible rental if you think it is not worth to get cards in market.


**Wrap Up** 
Rebellion do really have good cards that are available and with Conclave Arcana in the midst of it all, synergies built amongst them will yield alot of advantage in the battlefield. The modern gameplay is evolving constantly with new ways to play considering the bloodline combinations. I like how things are moving through on this and certainly hope to be able to learn more about the cards and better my gameplay on the battlefield.
