From the cabin videos, the could see that when the accident occurred, the driver was sleeping, something he was not allowed to. They also realized that the car was not visible on the video from the left camera at the moment when the truck changed lane to pass the other slower truck. As the truck was driving at the speed limit, they had already established that the car was speeding. But that did not explain why the car was not visible on the camera video. With the help of Nestor, Moana, and the manufacturer representative that had finally arrived they removed the computers and all the sensors they could for further analysis. Nestor indicated that they could officially get from NAAVCA the software used to analyze the recording. In the evening, as they had finished their preliminary investigation, they called for a tow truck to move the damaged vehicle and trailer to Boise where they were going to continue to investigate the following days. The NTSB inspectors thanked Nestor and Moana for their help and told them that they would be in touch later if they had questions. Nestor and Moana went with their truck to Boise. After dinner in a restaurant, they spent the night on the parking of the Walmart Supercenter. The next day, they drove back home. Although they had not seen any indication that their software was deficient, they could not be absolutely sure. So, they were worried. *** Copyright © Vincent Celier, License [CC BY-SA](https://creativecommons.org/share-your-work/licensing-examples/#sa) *** Next [Part 25: Complete Exoneration](https://hive.blog/story/@vcelier/trucking-coders-coding-truckers-part-25-complete-exoneration) *** Part 1: [An Eventless Trip](https://hive.blog/story/@vcelier/trucking-coders-coding-truckers-part-1-an-eventless-trip) Part 2: [Nestor, Son of Immigrants](https://hive.blog/story/@vcelier/trucking-coders-coding-truckers-part-2-nestor-son-of-immigrants) Part 3: [Moana, a "demi-tinto" from Punaauia](https://hive.blog/story/@vcelier/trucking-coders-coding-truckers-part-3-moana-a-demi-tinto-from-punaauia) Part 4: [Nestor and Moana Meet Online](https://hive.blog/story/@vcelier/trucking-coders-coding-truckers-part-4-nestor-and-moana-meet-online) Part 5: [First Dates](https://hive.blog/story/@vcelier/trucking-coders-coding-truckers-part-5-first-dates) Part 6: [First Trip Together](https://hive.blog/story/@vcelier/trucking-coders-coding-truckers-part-6-first-trip-together) Part 7: [Coder Becomes Trucker](https://hive.blog/story/@vcelier/trucking-coders-coding-truckers-part-7-coder-becomes-trucker) Part 8: [Trucker Becomes Coder](https://hive.blog/story/@vcelier/trucking-coders-coding-truckers-part-8-trucker-becomes-coder) Part 9: [Small Truck and Solar Panels](https://hive.blog/story/@vcelier/trucking-coders-coding-truckers-part-9-small-truck-and-solar-panels) Part 10: [The NeMo Trucking Software Company](https://hive.blog/story/@vcelier/trucking-coders-coding-truckers-part-10-the-nemo-trucking-software-company) Part 11: [Getting Help](https://hive.blog/story/@vcelier/trucking-coders-coding-truckers-part-11-getting-help) Part 12: [A Different Kind of Company](https://hive.blog/story/@vcelier/trucking-coders-coding-truckers-part-12-a-different-kind-of-company) Part 13: [Nestor and Moana Get Married](https://hive.blog/story/@vcelier/trucking-coders-coding-truckers-part-13-nestor-and-moana-get-married) Part 14: [ Newlyweds in Tahiti](https://hive.blog/story/@vcelier/trucking-coders-coding-truckers-part-14-newlyweds-in-tahiti) Part 15: [From Level 3 to Level 4](https://hive.blog/story/@vcelier/trucking-coders-coding-truckers-part-15-from-level-3-to-level-4) Part 16: [Authorized Testing of the Software](https://hive.blog/story/@vcelier/trucking-coders-coding-truckers-part-16-authorized-testing-of-the-software) Part 17: [First Contracts](https://hive.blog/story/@vcelier/trucking-coders-coding-truckers-part-17-first-contracts) Part 18: [Ready for Certification](https://hive.blog/story/@vcelier/trucking-coders-coding-truckers-part-18-ready-for-certification) Part 19: [The Certification Process](https://hive.blog/story/@vcelier/trucking-coders-coding-truckers-part-19-the-certification-process) Part 20: [Very Busy after Certification](https://hive.blog/story/@vcelier/trucking-coders-coding-truckers-part-20-very-busy-after-certification) Part 21: [The Company is Growing](https://hive.blog/story/@vcelier/trucking-coders-coding-truckers-part-21-the-company-is-growing) Part 22: [Toward European Certification](https://hive.blog/story/@vcelier/trucking-coders-coding-truckers-part-22-toward-european-certification) Part 23: [The Accident](https://hive.blog/story/@vcelier/trucking-coders-coding-truckers-part-23-the-accident)
