**In my neighborhood there is a 1 acre parcel for sale for a pretty good price. Why can’t I get crypto rich faster to be able to buy it? Haha.**

**I am the type that would turn this piece of land into a huge project and have a tiny house on it with a fruit farm. It’s 3x bigger than our current plot of land, so that would mean much more privacy, and many more fruit trees.**
