<center>Ranged and Magic attacks hit a random enemy target.</center>

I looked for several games to try to find one with the Aimless battle rule, but without success, until I decided to create this battle rule myself by selecting a card with that ability. And the victory came, obviously not on my merits, but on the opponent's decision to abandon, as you can see in the image below, or in the video if you pressed play and heard my complaint.

As I only used a level 2 Summoner, I took a big penalty and therefore only got almost 6 RP, a drop close to 40%, close to the rewards I was getting in other 10 RP battles.

With 51 mana I could explore all positions by placing cards that I deemed important for the battle, mixing cards with a high mana cost with some with a low cost, but with an important performance.

With that in mind, I set up my strategy with the following cards:

I chose Robo-Dragon Knight anticipating both melee and magic attacks, as the rule prevented ranged attacks. So a card with enough health and shield would prevent physical damage, and the Counterspell rule allied with the Void ability, could prevent me from taking magic damage as well. Along with 3 physical damage and 4 speed with the summoner bonus. An excellent card for position 1.

Carnage Titan is always annoying, no matter the rules he will always be there to cause a headache with his Double Strike, the possibility of being in position 2 due to his Reach ability and his high health and armor points. A captive card when you have enough mana to use.

Even though the rule is Counterspell, I put Quora to battle because it would suffer 1 damage with the battle rule, but it would heal its life in the next round without problems, even being able to attack in position 1 with physical and magical damage, and hoping to get a bloodlust halfway through and get stronger.

Madcap Magus was the card chosen to represent the weekly rule, and even though it is a magic damage fighting Counterspell, its Life Leech ability could steal the life it would suffer from damage, thus surviving enough rounds to attack several enemies with the **Aimless** ability.

Dhampir Infiltrator would serve as an aggressive shield to hold damage until Madcap is attacked, thus seeking a 2 points physical damage due to Double Strike and Sneak to attack the last of the position, at the cost of only 4 mana.

Finally, the Spirit Shaman, seeking to hold the attacks in the last position with 5 speed (4 own +1 bonus) and thus stay alive for at least 3 rounds, since he has the Divine Shield skill, which guarantees him more time of life.

Clearly the opponent only wanted a loss to lower his rating and thus fight in a lower league or engage a winning streak and thus increase the RP bonus gained.

<center><h2>WHAT COULD BE DIFFERENT?</h2></center>

Using the tool [SplinterTools](https://splintertools.io/) I saw that my chance of winning was 100%. And it would be in any situation that I put other cards, only in a 1v1 fight would it be possible for me to get a defeat. Against opponents who give up before starting the battle there is not much we can do.

<center>Ataques à distância e mágicos atingem um alvo inimigo aleatório.</center>

Procurei diversas partidas para tentar achar alguma com a regra de batalha Aimless, porém sem sucesso, até que decidi eu mesmo criar essa regra batalha selecionando uma carta com essa habilidade. E a vitória veio, não obviamente por méritos meus, mas por decisão de abandono do adversário, como podem ver na imagem abaixo, ou no vídeo caso tenham dado play e ouvido minha reclamação.

Como usei um Invocador level 2 apenas, tomei uma grande penalidade e por isso consegui apenas quase 6 RP, uma queda próxima de 40%, perto das recompensas que eu estava tendo em outras batalhas de 10 RP.

Com 51 de mana eu poderia explorar todas as posições colocando cartas que eu julgasse importante para a batalha, mesclando cartas com alto custo de mana com algumas com baixo custo, mas com um desempenho importante.

Pensando nisso montei minha estrategia com as seguintes cartas:

<center><h3>POSIÇÃO 1</h3></center>

Escolhi o Robo-Dragon Knight prevendo tanto ataques corpo a corpo como ataques mágicos, já que a regra impedia ataques à distância. Assim uma carta com bastante vida e escudo impediria o dano físico, e a regra Counterspell aliada com a habilidade Void, poderia me evitar tomar dano mágico também. Juntamente com 3 de dano físico e 4 de velocidade com o bônus do invocador. Uma excelente carta para a posição 1.

Carnage Titan sempre incomoda, não importa as regras ele sempre estará ali para causar uma dor de cabeça com seu Double Strike, a possibilidade de ficar na posição 2 pela sua habilidade Reach e seus altos pontos de vida e armadura. Uma carta com lugar cativo quando se tem bastante de mana para usar.

Mesmo a regra sendo Counterspell coloquei a Quora para batalhar pois sofreria 1 de dano com a regra de batalha, mas curaria sua vida no round seguinte sem problemas, podendo até atacar também na posição 1 com dano físico e mágico, e torcendo para conseguir um bloodlust na metade do caminho e chegar mais forte.

O Madcap Magus foi a carta escolhida para representar a regra semanal, e mesmo sendo um dano mágico lutando contra Counterspell, sua habilidade Life Leech poderia roubar a vida que sofreria de dano, assim sobrevivendo rounds suficiente para atacar diversos inimigos com a habilidade **Aimless.**

Dhampir Infiltrator serviria de escudo agressivo para segurar os danos até o Madcap ser atacado, buscando assim um dano físico de 2 pontos devido ao Double Strike e Sneak para atacar os últimos da posição, ao custo de apenas 4 de mana.

Por último o Spirit Shaman, buscando segurar os ataques na última posição com 5 de velocidade (4 próprio +1 do bônus) e assim ficar vivo ao menos 3 rounds, visto que possui a habilidade Divine Shield, o que lhe garante um tempo a mais de vida.

Claramente o adversário queria apenas uma derrota para abaixar seu rating e assim lutar em uma liga mais baixa ou engatar uma sequência de vitórias e com isso aumentar o bônus de RP ganho.

<center><h2>O QUE PODERIA SER DIFERENTE?</h2></center>

Usando a ferramenta [SplinterTools](https://splintertools.io/) vi que minha chance de vitória era 100%. E seria em qualquer situação que eu colocasse outras cartas, apenas em uma luta 1x1 seria possível talvez eu conseguir uma derrota. Contra adversários que desistem antes de começar a batalha não há muito o que possamos fazer.
