When you write your next post, let yourself go! There is no need for hidden agenda’s, why not expose everything? You have nothing to hide! You are perfect.

The process of expression is an interesting one. For years I was thinking about my words too much, every time before I spoke. This was a deeply ingrained pattern, a deep fear. But now we all can let go of any and all fear, and be in our light.

There is much openness on this platform. The more you share, the more people like the authenticity that they see. So everything that you were afraid to speak (up) about in high school, I invite you write about. There is so much suppression when we need to be ‘cool’. Now there’s no more need for that let’s HEAT THINGS UP :-)

Our inner warmth is our love, for ourself and for humanity. When we let it out, it multiplies. We bring our light and our warmth into this world. Anything you share about your life or even about interesting facts can be shared in two ways. Either you can share it from a place of seeking, or from a place of warmth and love.

Warmth and Love is what you feel when you are in your truth. When you forget your truth, the left, analytical brain takes over. Then you are in analytical thought and it will be purely goal oriented. But the goals are no longer yours, they are dictated by the beliefs of the masses, the collective thoughts. Therefore, it’s important that you FEEL the warmth and have that as your continual starting point for writing, for any expression.

Feel the Warmth and the Love that is inside of you, and your truth will come out. It is of no importance whether your truth is pleasant or painful. Both are equally valid.

Back to my journey for a moment. I learned to let go of my shyness, step by step. I submerged in my own expression by doing creative projects such as writing stories for my Inner Child and getting into designing Yoga Classes for Children. After that, I wrote a book and I started to travel more. All of these things have contributed to being able to express myself in a new way.

Writing is to get out of your own way, and into the flow. Then find that part of yourself that needs to express, and allow it to go from stagnation to flow. There are no rules that anyone else can make for you, **You are Yourself**
