Hoy quiero enseñarles acerca de una receta muy fácil y de bajo costo, sirven para esos antojos rápidos de dulces, es totalmente ideal

1 huevo
125gr de azúcar 
125gr de harina

Comenzaremos separando la clara del huevo y le agregaremos una pequeña pizca de sal, la vamos a batir como por unos 4 minutos

Luego agregaremos la azúcar poco a poco y batimos por un ratooooo

Agregamos la yema del huevo y seguimos batiendo

Por último vamos agregando poco a poco 125gr de harina de trigo y seguimos batiendo hasta obtener una mezcla espesa

En mi caso utilice una manga pastelera para hacer la forma que de igual manera quedaron como ellas quisieron

Luego la metemos en el horno a fuego bajo por unos 10 o 15 minutos y listo amigos

I like this recipe because it is the one that gets you out of a hurry quickly, or a whim, as you say. Salt in desserts is essential, because it helps stimulate the taste buds, making us perceive flavors more intensely. Recipes must always be well prepared, indicating the correct quantities (this is especially important in baking), with a detailed step-by-step, well explained and illustrated with clear photos, as I have seen in this recipe. Esta receta me gusta porque es de la que te sacan rápido de un apuro, o de un antojo, como bien dices. La sal en los postres es esencial, porque ayuda a estimular las papilas gustativas, haciendo que percibamos con más intensidad los sabores. Las recetas siempre deben ser bien elaboradas, señalando las cantidades correctas (esto es especialmente importante en repostería), con un paso a paso detallado, bien explicado e ilustrado con fotos nítidas, tal como he visto en esta receta.
