Rose hips for tea

In my family, we love to drink tea, (especially in the cold months) and Rose hips are one of our favorite ingredients.

The Rose hips that I had left to dry are now ready for consumption.

Before preparing them for tea, I pound them in my favorite mortar.

They are now ready for me to place in the boiling kettle and then I will pour into glasses of the vitamin elixir.
