I've tried grilling mushrooms a few years ago and I loved it! Now I also add onion pieces and a little bit of thyme. It is so delicious. I like your grilling 'party' :) It looks like you had a lot of fun! The gril season is coming to Europe again and I can't wait to eat my mushrooms :)

We grill here in Estonia every summer and lot ... Some times in winter also who have lot time to be out in cold times :)

I haven´t tried grilling mushrooms and I am sure it is delish. Yes we do grilling but not inside the house because of the smoke... just in the backyard.
