When I wrote my previous post [Digital Diogenes](https://hive.blog/hive-147104/@vickyguevara/digital-diogenes-syndrome-sindrome-de-diogenes-digital) (it's a behavioral disorder, which makes people afraid or terrified of deleting any digital files they don't use or are unnecessary), I realized that I might be suffering from a little bit of this syndrome. So I set out to follow the advice I gave there. When checking my files I found the following, I must say that my phone has low memory and a few months ago it was totally dead, it had to be formatted, I lost all the information and personal photos of 3 years, of which I had no backup. Because of this I usually copy the image folders from time to time and make a backup on the pc.


This I found when I thoroughly checked my mobile

**Mail:** 6085 unread, 6 spam emails and a lot of already read emails that I don't need

**Apps:** as I said before, my phone has low memory, this doesn't allow me to install so many applications and sometimes I have to delete some to install new ones. Even so I got myself with 3 applications that I don't use. Two of these are to unlock the cell phone by touching the screen, they didn't work, but they are taking up valuable space, the last one is the Mercantil Bank app, which I never use because I always do everything on the PC, I have it "just in case".

**Photos:** I have 20 repeated photos and 53 screenshots.

**WhatsApp:** I think that the most space consuming thing is the images, gifs, funny video memes and so on, that they send in the family group.

So I'm going to preach with the word and delete from my mobile and my mail everything I don't use and don't need. I will also go one step further, I will commit myself to doing as many Udemy courses as possible, because I have many accumulated without even touching them.

Maybe later on I will make a post of the courses I have taken, what I learned from them and how I applied or used them.

Cuando escribí mi post anterior [Diógenes digital](https://hive.blog/hive-147104/@vickyguevara/digital-diogenes-syndrome-sindrome-de-diogenes-digital) (es un trastorno de la conducta, que hace que las personas sientan miedo o terror a eliminar cualquier archivo digital que no usa o es innecesario), me di cuenta que puedo estar sufriendo un poco de este síndrome. Por lo tanto me propuse a seguir los consejos que di en el mismo. Al revisar mis archivos me encontré lo siguiente, debo decir que mi teléfono tiene poca memoria y hace unos meses se quedó totalmente muerto, hubo que formatear, perdí toda la información y fotos personales de 3 años, de las que no tenía ningún respaldo. Debido a esto de vez en cuando suelo copiar las carpetas de imágenes y hacer un respaldo en la pc.


Esto encontré al revisar a fondo mi móvil

**Correo:** 6085 sin leer, 6 correos spam y una gran cantidad de correos ya leídos que no necesito

**Apps:** como dije anteriormente mi teléfono tiene poca memoria, esto no me permite instalar tantas aplicaciones y en ocasiones debo borrar algunas para instalar nuevas. Aun así me conseguí con 3 aplicaciones que no uso. 2 de estas son para desbloquear el celular con solo tocar la pantalla, no me funcionaron, pero allí están ocupando espacio valioso, la última es la app del banco Mercantil, la cual nunca uso porque siempre hago todo en la Pc, la tengo “por si acaso”.

**Fotos:** tengo 20 fotos repetidas y 53 capturas de pantalla.

**WhatsApp:** creo que es lo que más me consume espacio son las imágenes, gifs, memes videos chistosos y demás, que envían en el grupo de la familia.

Así que voy a predicar con la palabra y borrar de mi móvil y mi correo todo lo que no uso y no necesito. Además voy a ir un paso más allá, voy a comprometerme conmigo a hacer la mayor cantidad de cursos de Udemy, debido a que tengo muchos acumulados sin siquiera tocarlos.

Posiblemente más adelante haga un post de los cursos realizados, lo que aprendí de ellos y cómo lo aplique o utilicé.
