Hello, cordial greetings to all the talented women that make up this quality community, I confess that in past weeks I have posted my publications on days limited to the expiration of the weekly contests, but this week I got the batteries and decided to do it early; The questions caught my attention and that is why I want to share my answers with you.</div>

Hola, saludos cordiales a todas las talentosas mujeres que conforman esta calidad comunidad, les confieso que en semanas pasadas e posteado mis publicaciones en días limites a la expiración de los concursos semanales, pero esta semana me he puesto las pilas y decidí hacerlo temprano; las preguntas me llamaron mucho la atención y por eso quiero compartir con ustedes mis respuestas.</div>

In this opportunity the first question of this week, What is the most important thing that you ALWAYS carry with you and why?
I immediately thought of my Identity Card, I think it is the most important thing for anyone in any part of the world, since it is what identifies us in any situation, it is what proves who you are; that is, what is your name, when you were born and above all your nationality, in second place I would put the cell phone, since they have become indispensable tools for our daily life, because with them we can save many procedures that we can do online, in addition to being communicated between any situation or emergency.</div>

En esta oportunidad la primera pregunta de esta semana,  ¿Qué es lo más importante que SIEMPRE llevas contigo y por qué?
Yo inmediatamente pense en mi Cedula de Identidad, creo que es lo mas importante para cualquier persona en cualquier parte del mundo, ya que es lo que nos identifica en cualquier situación, es lo que acredita quien eres; es decir como te llamas, cuando naciste y sobre todo tu nacionalidad, en segundo lugar pondría al teléfono celular, ya que se han  convertido en herramientas indispensables para nuestra vida cotidiana, porque con ellos podemos ahorrarnos muchos tramites que podemos hacer vía online, además de estar comunicados ente cualquier situación o emergencia.</div>

The second question tells us about being a leader or a follower; I personally believe that to become a good leader, we must first learn to be a good follower; Of course, being a leader is a responsibility of which you must bring a good preparation, if we want to be a quality leader. In my years of professional life I have had the responsibility of directing people, and it has been difficult, but thank God, I have had enough humility so that relationships with my colleagues are the most successful, because I have never forgotten where I come and I have always acted as a follower and not as a leader; I have put myself in their place and I believe that this has been the key to having done my job well.</div>

La segunda pregunta nos habla sobre  ser líder o seguidor; personalmente creo que para llegar a ser un buen líder, primero debemos aprender a ser un buen seguidor; claro esta que ser líder es una responsabilidad de la cual debes traer una buena preparación, si es que queremos ser un líder de calidad.  En mis años de vida profesional me ha tocado la responsabilidad de dirigir personas, y vaya que ha sido difícil, pero gracias a Dios, he tenido la humildad suficiente para que las relaciones con mis compañeros sea la mas acertada, pues nunca he olvidado de donde vengo y siempre he actuado como seguidora y no como líder; me he puesto en lugar de ellos y creo que eso ha sido la clave para haber hecho bien mi trabajo. </div>

En el mundo existieron y existen muchos líderes que han dejado su huella a la humanidad, y es realmente admirable ver, leer y escuchar de ellos, pero personalmente me quedo siendo seguidora y ayudando a las personas a crecer, me encanta ser ese eslabón en la vida de mis hijos para que sean personas excelentes y exitosas.
